International flights
Took a direct flight to Vancouver and ended up losing my luggage due to poor communication. It took a whole 7 days to finally get it back. Then, on the way back to Frankfurt, our direct flight had a whopping 24-hour delay with barely any info given. The meal vouchers they provided us with didn't even work and the hotel they put us up in was terrible. I filed a claim and complaint, but it's been 6 weeks and still no response.
Flight experience to Cape Town
My recent flight to Cape Town was pretty awful, eh. Not only was the flight delayed, but it seems like that happens a lot with this airline, ya know? The flight attendants were super rude, making the whole trip unpleasant. And to make things worse, the flight was delayed because of bad maintenance, and on top of that, the entertainment system on both flights to Cape Town was busted with no apology from the airline. All in all, this was definitely the worst flight I've ever been on, for sure.
Lost luggage
Yeah, so I had a major issue with my luggage when I flew with them. It was honestly the worst experience ever. Dealing with those unhelpful customer service people was so frustrating. I was left stranded in a really cold place with no warm clothes or anything. It was definitely not a fun situation.
Online booking experience and customer service
My experience with booking online and talking to customer service was so frustrating. The website was all messed up and it was hard to just book something easy. And when I had to call customer service for help, the call went to a call center in another country and the connection was so bad I could barely understand the person on the phone. It was such a waste of time and caused me so much unnecessary stress. In the end, my experience with booking online and customer service was just plain disappointing and really inconvenient.
Flight ticket purchase
I bought a plane ticket with free cancellation, but turns out the free cancellation only counted for the first flight. Such a scam! Lost $2,000 all because of their wrong info. Definitely not flying with them anymore.
Overhead bin charges
This place is terrible! They charge you for everything, even for using the overhead bin. And their website was down for a whole week, so I couldn't check in online or choose our seats at the airport. They even seated me and my wife in different rows on the plane. Their customer service line is basically no help at all, all they do is tell you what they can't do. Honestly, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. It's a complete disaster!
Unaccompanied minor travel
I will never use this airline for my child's safety and well-being again. The booking process was a complete mess with wrong info that made me stressed and worried as a parent. Just pay a bit more for peace of mind when it comes to your child's safety and skip the hassle.
Flight booking from Dusseldorf to Tenerife for 2 adults and 2 babies
We were kinda nervous when we booked our flight with Condor because of the mixed reviews on Trustpilot. But we took a chance, added extra luggage and crossed our fingers for a good trip. Surprisingly, the check-in at the airport was fast and smooth, definitely a 10 out of 10 in our books.
Specific seat assignment purchase
I recently bought specific seat assignments for my upcoming flight, but I was pretty disappointed with the airline's service. I got the seats way ahead of time, but when I got to the airport, they couldn't find them. So I had to buy them again. We spent two hours at the baggage drop-off, and still didn't get our seats. I made a customer service ticket over a month ago and sent a bunch of reminders, but all I got back were automated replies. It's really not cool that Condor's seat assignment system isn't working right, and the lack of communication from customer service is just terrible. It feels like the airline is basically ripping off its customers by not giving them the services they paid for.
Flight rescheduling issue
They changed my flight without giving me anything in return and I had to go through a long process to get my refund. Dealing with their customer service was a pain and I was really let down by their lack of responsibility.
Two-way flight to Tenerife
Ya so, I booked this flight to Tenerife, and it was kinda a mix of good and bad stuff. When I was flying there, I couldn't use my card to buy food 'cause the system was broken. At least they gave me water for free, but still, I was hungry! And then on the way back, we got stuck on the plane for what felt like forever 'cause of a technical issue. We couldn't even buy snacks or drinks during that time. And then we landed super late with no compensation or anything. It was kinda a bummer, eh?
Vancouver-Rome; Rome-Vancouver flights
Our experience with the airline was pretty good overall. The flight out left and arrived on time, but the trip back had a few delays because of connecting flights, which weren't the airline's fault. However, we did have some problems like not being told right away about a gate change in Frankfurt, and not getting the seats we chose ahead of time. Even with those issues, the process for getting on and off the plane went well, and the staff were helpful. We're thinking about giving the airline another chance.
Flight delay, missed connecting flight, poor customer service
My recent flight experience with your company was a total disaster. Because my flight from Baltimore to Frankfurt was delayed by two hours, I missed my connecting flight. Dealing with the situation was so frustrating and disappointing. We had to wait in line for two whole hours just to rebook our flight, all because the staff seemed to not know what they were doing. In today's world, technology is supposed to make things easier, but every passenger had to spend at least 10 to 15 minutes (if not more) with an agent just to get things sorted out. The lack of efficiency and customer service was really terrible, so I won't be flying with your airline again.
Flight experience
I just flew with this airline and wow, it was such a great experience! The staff was super friendly, like seriously awesome. From the flight attendants to the pilots, everyone was so professional and on point. I felt really safe the whole way through. I'm definitely gonna fly with them again and I hope they keep up the good work!
My first flight ever
I just took my very first flight and it was so cool! We were in this fancy premium section that was pretty nice. The seats were a bit small and not everyone had footrests which was confusing. They had lots of games and movies on the TV, but the seats were not very comfortable so I had to get up and stretch. The bathroom was clean at the start but got a bit messy later. The food was alright, I had chicken curry and cheese ravioli. The flight attendants were really kind and gave us pillows, blankets, and other things. I also tried using the airline's app, but it was pretty basic and not that great.
Flight seat reservation issue
I was so disappointed with the customer service I got while trying to book a seat for my flight. For weeks now, I've been having the same issue on the website - I can't pay after choosing my seats. I've tried calling multiple times to fix it, but still can't book my seats. The person I talked to on the phone was not nice at all, and didn't offer any other options to help me. They just ended the call without fixing anything.
Recent BusinessClass flight experience from Hamburg to Fuerteventura
My recent flight experience in BusinessClass from Hamburg to Fuerteventura with your airline wasn't as great as I had hoped. We originally booked a flight on Boeing 757s, but a few months before our trip, they switched us to Airbus 320s without telling us beforehand, except through the Condor App. It was disappointing to not be informed earlier, which led to unexpected changes in our travel plans. Also, on the flight back, we didn't get the "Taste of the World" meals as promised, only a simple sandwich. This wasn't the top-notch service we were expecting with our BusinessClass tickets. To add to that, the plane we flew back on was a 21-year-old Bulgarian aircraft with crew members who didn't speak much English, making our experience even more challenging. The lack of communication, meal choices, and outdated plane made the flight less comfortable for us.
Recent travel experience
I recently had a really bad experience with a purchase I made. The delivery came six days late, so I had to spend extra money on clothes and toiletries for my trip. When I complained after coming back, it was a mess. They didn't want to reimburse me at first, saying I missed the deadline, even though their claim system was obviously not working. When they finally said they'd cover 50% of my expenses, they ended up paying even less without explaining why. It's really disappointing how they don't take responsibility or show transparency. Their customer service was a joke, hardly acknowledging my valid concerns. And don't even get me started on the terrible food on the plane, it was the worst. Overall, it was a horrible experience that I wouldn't even wish on my worst enemy.
Exorbitant luggage charges
I had a really bad experience trying to add luggage while booking my flight. Ended up getting slammed with crazy fees at the airport. The manager at DNATA was so unprofessional, but thankfully the female staff there were really helpful. I would definitely recommend avoiding this airline at all costs!
