Cute clothes, great customer service, new designs.
My time at that store was amazing, eh! The customer service was top-notch, with staff that were super friendly and knew their stuff. They were all about helping me find the perfect outfit for my sister. The store had a bunch of cute clothes to pick from, always coming out with new and trendy styles that were just what my sister likes. I was so happy to see the store back in action, and I'll for sure be telling my friends and fam about it.

Herbal supplements
This is the third time I've ordered from this site, and once again, they messed up my order. It's really frustrating to keep getting the wrong product. I tried reaching out to customer service, but there was so much back and forth that I just gave up and decided to keep what they sent. I even sent a picture of what I actually wanted, but they still sent something completely different. It's like they're not even paying attention to what customers ask for. I'm starting to think that maybe the product I want isn't even available anymore, and they're just giving me whatever they have in stock.

The tool is really cool, it has this amazing algorithm that can do some pretty awesome edits. You can get super creative with it and really let your artistry shine. But man, the interface is a mess. Why aren't the features organized in a logical way? It's so frustrating trying to find the right option when they're all over the place. And don't even get me started on how slow the program is. Who has time to wait 15 to 20 minutes for an image to process? And the lack of proper documentation for the filters and styles is just annoying. It would be much better if they explained what each one does and how they're different. More guidance would definitely make the user experience smoother.

I was so impressed with how well everything was communicated and how quickly the deliveries came. It was really nice to get a response right away when I ordered, and the RAMADAN discount code was a thoughtful touch that I really liked. The chocolates were amazing, and everyone who tried them had only good things to say. I'll definitely be coming back to order again in the future.

E-commerce shopping cart
After 5 years of using this e-commerce shopping cart, I am finally saying goodbye. It's been a frustrating journey with no improvements in sight. Firstly, their platform is so outdated, and it's like they don't even care to update it. I mean, come on, it's 2021! And what's up with no blog capabilities and an app marketplace that is basically non-existent? It's like they don't want their customers to succeed. Don't even get me started on their new pricing structure - it makes absolutely no sense! And why does their SEO make categories end with numbers and annoying underscores? It's like they want to sabotage our SEO efforts! Also, ever since they moved to Google, website code and site speed have gone downhill fast. Customer service is nice and tries to help, but let's be real, they don't know anything! Will Volusion ever listen to their customers? Who knows, but I doubt it.

Mother-daughter make-over experience
Over Easter break, I brought my 12-year-old daughter to get her first make-over as a treat for doing so well in school. I asked for a very natural and age-appropriate look, and the makeup artist in Chelmsford, Essex, named Eloise, did an amazing job. She was absolutely great with kids and created a gorgeous look that truly impressed me. Not only did she nail the makeup, but she also made my daughter feel comfortable and important. Huge thanks to Eloise for making it such a special experience!

Mixed up order
I ordered from this store not long ago, and man, it was brutal. Got my package and guess what? Two left shoes, no right! Crazy mix-up, right? So I reached out to their customer service right away, thinking they'd sort it out. Nope. Just a bunch of slowpokes, no sense of urgency at all.
