    Lipstick purchase

    I recently bought a couple of lipsticks from the store and one of them had a cap that wouldn't stay on properly, which was a bit annoying. I've been a loyal customer for a while and this was the first time I had any issues with their products. But when I reached out to customer service and sent a video showing the problem, they responded quickly and were really helpful. Sophie C said she would send me a replacement tube without me having to return the faulty one, which was super convenient and I really appreciated it. I still really like their lipsticks and will definitely keep buying from them in the future.

    Late delivery, unfulfilled order, disappointed

    I recently bought something online and it got here late because the delivery service totally dropped the ball. Charlotte Tilbury did their part and sent it out quickly, but the courier, Evri, messed up and it didn't arrive on time like I needed. I told them it was important to get it by a certain time, but they missed it, which was super annoying. And they didn't even offer any sort of compensation, just made empty promises about doing better next time. It's frustrating to see the same problems happening, especially since I mentioned similar issues in a review I wrote two years ago.

    I had a bit of a rough time with this customer service lady named Milli, she wasn't much help with fixing my problem. But I gave it another shot and got in touch with a different rep named Aleena, and she was able to sort everything out real quick. It was my first time dealing with customer service and I was kinda let down at the start, but Aleena totally turned it around for me and got me back on board with the brand. On a happier note, I'm absolutely loving this lip liner I bought - it's seriously the best one I've ever tried.

    Mother-daughter make-over experience

    Over Easter break, I brought my 12-year-old daughter to get her first make-over as a treat for doing so well in school. I asked for a very natural and age-appropriate look, and the makeup artist in Chelmsford, Essex, named Eloise, did an amazing job. She was absolutely great with kids and created a gorgeous look that truly impressed me. Not only did she nail the makeup, but she also made my daughter feel comfortable and important. Huge thanks to Eloise for making it such a special experience!

    I had a little trouble with my order from the store 'cause one of the items came broken. But lemme tell ya, the customer service team was top-notch! They handled everything like pros, real quick, and made sure I was happy in the end. I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how they fixed things up for me.     The makeup products from here are honestly amazing. I've been a fan ever since I came across them. Whether it's the foundation, highlighter, or blush, they give me a beautiful and flawless look every time. I'm obsessed with the eyeshadow palettes - the colors are so vibrant and they last all day. The only thing I don't love is the night cream, it feels a tad sticky on my skin.

    Highlighter and lipstick

    I just got a highlighter and lipstick from this brand, and I was seriously impressed with how great they are. The highlighter made my skin look all glowy and dewy without being all sparkly, and the lipstick stayed on all day without making my lips super dry. This brand seriously has some of the best makeup I’ve ever used, so you can bet I’ll be coming back for more.
