Lipstick purchase
I recently bought a couple of lipsticks from the store and one of them had a cap that wouldn't stay on properly, which was a bit annoying. I've been a loyal customer for a while and this was the first time I had any issues with their products. But when I reached out to customer service and sent a video showing the problem, they responded quickly and were really helpful. Sophie C said she would send me a replacement tube without me having to return the faulty one, which was super convenient and I really appreciated it. I still really like their lipsticks and will definitely keep buying from them in the future.
Late delivery, unfulfilled order, disappointed
I recently bought something online and it got here late because the delivery service totally dropped the ball. Charlotte Tilbury did their part and sent it out quickly, but the courier, Evri, messed up and it didn't arrive on time like I needed. I told them it was important to get it by a certain time, but they missed it, which was super annoying. And they didn't even offer any sort of compensation, just made empty promises about doing better next time. It's frustrating to see the same problems happening, especially since I mentioned similar issues in a review I wrote two years ago.
Lip liner purchase
I had a bit of a rough time with this customer service lady named Milli, she wasn't much help with fixing my problem. But I gave it another shot and got in touch with a different rep named Aleena, and she was able to sort everything out real quick. It was my first time dealing with customer service and I was kinda let down at the start, but Aleena totally turned it around for me and got me back on board with the brand. On a happier note, I'm absolutely loving this lip liner I bought - it's seriously the best one I've ever tried.
Mother-daughter make-over experience
Over Easter break, I brought my 12-year-old daughter to get her first make-over as a treat for doing so well in school. I asked for a very natural and age-appropriate look, and the makeup artist in Chelmsford, Essex, named Eloise, did an amazing job. She was absolutely great with kids and created a gorgeous look that truly impressed me. Not only did she nail the makeup, but she also made my daughter feel comfortable and important. Huge thanks to Eloise for making it such a special experience!
Efficient replacement process
I got this thing I ordered and it came all messed up. So, I reached out to customer service with my order number and some pics. They actually fixed it super fast and sent me a new one right away with express shipping. I've ordered a bunch of stuff before this and never had a problem, so I'm really impressed with the products and the service. Good job, eh!
Makeup, Brushes, Fast Shipping
Oh my goodness, I just had the best experience ever, eh! I needed my makeup and brushes really quick, so I contacted customer service. The lady named Kat was absolutely amazing, she helped me get my order super fast. I got it even quicker than I expected. Thank you so much, Kat!

I had a little trouble with my order from the store 'cause one of the items came broken. But lemme tell ya, the customer service team was top-notch! They handled everything like pros, real quick, and made sure I was happy in the end. I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how they fixed things up for me. Even though there was a little bump in the road, I still adore all the products from Charlotte Tilbury and now I have quite a collection goin' on.
Makeup products
I got some makeup stuff online and was so excited to get them. But when my package didn't show up on time, I contacted customer service. They were super nice and kept me in the loop with what was going on with my order. Turns out my package went missing during shipping, but the customer service crew sorted it out and gave me a refund right away. I'm thankful for how quickly they dealt with my problem.
Makeup products
The makeup products from here are honestly amazing. I've been a fan ever since I came across them. Whether it's the foundation, highlighter, or blush, they give me a beautiful and flawless look every time. I'm obsessed with the eyeshadow palettes - the colors are so vibrant and they last all day. The only thing I don't love is the night cream, it feels a tad sticky on my skin.
Missing item resolution
I had a problem with my order because something was missing. But, I got in touch with Sonia and she was super helpful. She got back to me right away and made sure all my questions were answered. After I gave her the info she needed, Sonia quickly set up a replacement to be sent out. I was really impressed by how fast and professional she was in dealing with everything. Thanks a lot, Sonia!
Missing order, quick customer service, fast replacement
Alright, so like, I ordered some stuff online and when it came, one of the things was missing! So I reached out to them, and this girl named Olivia H got back to me really quickly. She was all like, "sorry about that, let me fix it for you!" And now they're sending me a whole new order really quickly! I'm so happy 'cause I spent a lot of money on this stuff.
Replacement order
I reached out to customer service 'cause my order went missing. Laura P was so awesome, she let me know my replacement stuff was coming pronto with express shipping. Oopsie Daisy Order
My Oopsie Daisy order got mixed up, but it actually turned into a pleasant surprise! Instead of what I ordered, I ended up with the wrong item from the store. Luckily, the customer service team was right on it and fixed the mix-up in no time. They were super friendly and helpful, making me feel like a total VIP. It was a great experience!
I bought eyeshadow palette
So, I totally messed up (oops, my bad) but this super friendly salesperson named Esra totally saved the day! They were really laid back and broke everything down for me. It definitely made me feel less awkward about my blunder. All in all, the customer service was amazing!
Highlighter and lipstick
I just got a highlighter and lipstick from this brand, and I was seriously impressed with how great they are. The highlighter made my skin look all glowy and dewy without being all sparkly, and the lipstick stayed on all day without making my lips super dry. This brand seriously has some of the best makeup I’ve ever used, so you can bet I’ll be coming back for more.
