Missing order, quick customer service, fast replacement
Alright, so like, I ordered some stuff online and when it came, one of the things was missing! So I reached out to them, and this girl named Olivia H got back to me really quickly. She was all like, "sorry about that, let me fix it for you!" And now they're sending me a whole new order really quickly! I'm so happy 'cause I spent a lot of money on this stuff.

Purchased tickets never arrived
I bought tickets from this company and for some reason, they never showed up. So, I had to buy them again, but this time I used my friend's bank account and those ones actually came through. When I reached out to customer service to sort out the problem, they told me that the first tickets had already been used - but obviously, that's because I used the second set since the first ones went missing. Now, I'm just waiting for a refund for those original tickets.

Pod system and e-liquids
My time shopping at Moti Vape was awesome! The staff knew their stuff about all the products they had and helped me pick out the perfect ones for me. The store was super organized, so I could easily check out all the different vaping devices and e-liquids they had. The pod system I bought was top quality and gave me a great vaping experience. The e-liquids I tried were amazing too, with lots of flavors to choose from for every kind of taste. I was really impressed with the knowledge and service I got at Moti Vape, eh!
