Lots of drinks at a big party
Hey, so I was at this party and there was this server who was super quick and friendly. She helped us out with our drinks and everything, and we all had a really great time. I ended up buying a lot of drinks for my friends, but it was totally worth it. I would definitely go back again, 10/10 experience!

The staff at the hotel were really friendly and the place was super clean. We always stay there before our trips and leave our car parked there.
Hotel stay disappointment
Our recent stay at the hotel was not great compared to our other visits. We always expected top-notch service and a cozy vibe at this place, but this time it just didn't happen. When we got there, nobody even tried to help us with our bags, and the front desk didn't offer us any drinks, making us ask for something after a long flight. The room we got was a mess, things were broken and damaged. Plus, the AC wasn't working properly, making our stay less than comfy. Also, the staff at the kids' club were more interested in talking to grown-ups than playing with the little ones. All in all, we were really let down by this experience and probably won't be coming back to this hotel.
First-time direct hotel booking for one-night stay with 12-day parking
I stayed at this place for one night and, honestly, it was a real mess. I arrived super late because of delays and the folks at the front desk were so mixed up, it took forever to get checked in. They couldn't even locate my room because they were short-staffed and directed me to the parking lot, which was shut and in the wrong spot. Like, come on, figure it out!

I got to the hotel and they gave me this super boring room with no cool lights. Then they charged me extra for nothing. The room was so old and gross. They moved me to a better room, but it wasn't that great. The food at the restaurant sucked and cost way too much. I was not impressed with my stay at all.

I tried to buy a ticket for the spa at the hotel, but the customer service was terrible. I emailed them like they said to, but they never got back to me. Every time I called, I either got sent to voicemail or they said they'd call back but never did. The lack of communication and the fact that they never got back to me made the whole experience super frustrating and disappointing.

I stayed at this hotel and was really looking forward to trying out their fancy restaurant. However, when I arrived, the staff informed me that the restaurant had been closed during my entire stay. They were quite unpleasant in their response as well. I had already paid in advance, but they refused to give me a refund. I've stayed in many hotels in the past, and I must say, this was the worst experience I've ever had.
Cancelled overnight booking due to health reasons
Had the worst time trying to cancel my booking because of health issues. I let them know a month in advance but still didn't get my over €500 fee back, even though I booked through a third party. Honestly feels like robbery to me. They really need to rethink their policies.

I’ve always stayed with your competitors, but this time was different at your hotel. I booked through a website and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service from Mariangela at the front desk. She was professional, polite, and attentive, making me feel like a valued guest. The personal care I got from her and her colleagues made me feel at home. I was impressed by the great service, attention to detail, and friendly staff. The whole experience went above and beyond my expectations and now I’m a loyal customer.
Business hotel disappointment
If you need to get work done, don't bother staying here. I got here at noon for a meeting, but my room wasn't ready and the restaurant was closed for a private event. I asked for a meeting room, but they wanted to charge me extra. The lobby was full, and there was nowhere good to meet my client. Definitely not a good place for business.

I can't believe how bold this hotel loyalty program is. I've been collecting a bunch of points over the years, and then they just disappeared from my account without any heads up. I reached out to customer service, and at first, they said they'd give me back my points, but then they just snatched them away once more. Hotel Stay
I stayed at a hotel recently, and it was a really bad experience for me. Even though I booked a room online, when I got there they said they didn't have any rooms left. Eventually, they gave us a room next to the elevator, so it was really noisy and hard to sleep. The next day, we were able to move to a different room, which was a bit better. But then, they wouldn't let me park in the disabled spot because they didn't think my disability was serious enough. The way the staff handled it was so unprofessional - one of them even scolded us in front of other guests. And to top it off, they didn't give us the free parking they promised, so we got charged extra when we left.
