Subscription payment issue
My bank account got charged 10 times more than the usual amount. The usual amount is $149.99, but they took out $1,499.99 from my account. I've been trying to reach their customer service, but it's been a total nightmare. This is a new subscription for me, and I was so surprised to see such a big amount being withdrawn. I'm really thinking about canceling my subscription if they don't fix this problem right away. Come on, step up your game.

Family vacation booking
We recently booked a family vacation at a hotel and were really let down by the customer service. The hotel said their buffet restaurant would be open every day, which was a big reason we chose to stay there. But when we got there, they told us the buffet was only open once a week for dinner. It was tough because we had a young child with special dietary needs. We had to scramble to find other places to eat and ended up spending more money on transportation. The hotel didn't admit their mistake or offer any compensation, which was not cool. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and we wouldn't suggest staying at that hotel.

Foundation Return Request
I contacted the customer service team on WhatsApp to ask about returning a foundation that didn't work out for me. Sadly, they said they wouldn't send me a return label and told me to pay for shipping myself. To make matters worse, the agent's responses were kinda condescending and rude, which made me feel pretty unappreciated as a customer. I even sent an email to their customer service team like they asked, but I never got any response back. All in all, I'm really unhappy with both the product and the way they treated me as a customer.
