    I went to a store in Oudaan Antwerpen the other day looking forward to picking up some new makeup goodies. But you know, I was let down by the lack of help from the staff. I was all set to drop some serious cash on makeup, but the workers just didn't seem interested in helping out. They kept saying they were on break or working solo. It was pretty disappointing to see such unprofessionalism, and it left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied with the whole experience.

    Incorrect order

    So I had this really frustrating situation with this company I ordered from. I placed my order late at night and then realized the next morning that it was all wrong. I tried to cancel it using the button in the email they sent me, but it just kept taking me to their website. I reached out to their Technical Services and they said they'd try to cancel the order from their end, but nothing happened. And the cancel button on both my laptop and phone just wouldn't work either. Then, on top of all that, I had to ship the order back myself, which cost me like $15-20, and I didn't even get any kind of acknowledgement or compensation for their messed up system. And to make things even worse, the chat agent I talked to seemed totally overwhelmed, they couldn't keep up with the conversation and didn't really offer any helpful solutions. It was just a total disaster, honestly. I'd recommend going with companies that actually care about their customers and have better products and service.

    Lipstick and eyeshadow

    I got some lipstick and eyeshadow from this online place, and man, it was such a terrible experience! First of all, they took forever to ship my stuff, like I swear I could have walked to the store faster than they sent it out. Then, when I finally got my package, some of the items I ordered were missing! Like, how do you forget to pack stuff? So I had to contact their customer service, and they didn't even bother to ask me what I wanted as a replacement, just decided for me! Um, hello, I have preferences too, you know? So not cool. I definitely won't be buying from them again and will look for other brands instead.

    My experience with returning stuff I bought online was such a headache, eh. I did everything right through their website to return the items, but even after sending them back, I never got my money back. It's been super frustrating trying to prove that I actually did the return, and now I'm stuck still paying for things I don't even have.     Overpriced and greasy products

    I bought some stuff from this brand lately and man, I'm seriously unimpressed. My face has never looked this bad - breaking out like crazy and sooo oily. I've been using a different brand for 5 years without any problems, but now my skin feels like a grease pit. Counting down the hours until I can wash it all off. These products are way too pricey and not even worth it. So bummed and annoyed with this purchase.

    I just bought a makeup remover from that store the other day, and oh boy, what a letdown! I was really looking forward to giving it a try, but it turned out to be a total waste of money.     I bought two things and was told I'd get a free gift set and some samples along with my order. But when it came, those extras were nowhere to be found. I got in touch with customer service, and they told me that since I bought a 'new' product, I wasn't qualified for the deal. Nowhere did it say that in the terms and conditions. I felt let down by this misleading advertising and subpar customer service. Even though I liked what I got, I'm sending it back on principle. I won't be shopping directly from their website again.

    So I bought some skincare stuff from this shop recently, and man, did it mess up my skin! Got a wicked eczema reaction around my eyes. Not cool. And you know what's even worse? They didn't even say sorry or give me my money back right away. When I tried to return the products, they gave me the wrong address, making it a pain for the courier to deliver them. Still haven't seen a refund yet. Like seriously, how can a fancy company like this not do right by their customers? I've already reported them and will take it up a notch if needed.

    I recently ordered some makeup online, and man, did it take forever to get to me. When I tried to cancel my order, customer service was useless and didn't even bother replying to me. And on top of that, they didn't keep me in the loop about what was going on with my package when it got stuck in transit. To add insult to injury, when they finally got back to me, they said the free Christmas cracker gift they promised was out of stock. So frustrating! This whole ordeal has definitely made me think twice about ordering from them again.

    Frustrating online experience

    Let me tell ya, trying to place an order on this website was like tryin' to find your way out of a maze with a blindfold on. First, I added items to my basket, tried to use a promo code, and then got hit with an "invalid" message outta nowhere. So I had to beg their virtual assistant for help, and turns out they told me I needed an online account to keep goin'. All right, I set up an account, added items to my basket again, and what d'ya know? There was no "submit order" button anywhere, just somethin' vague about home delivery. I even put in my home address on my profile, still no luck. It was so dang frustrating and a total waste of my time, eh.

After hitting up customer service a bunch of times, they finally got back to me... just to say I had to go pick it up myself. When I eventually got my hands on it, not only was the freebie missing, but it wasn't even mentioned on the invoice.     Foundation Return Request

    I contacted the customer service team on WhatsApp to ask about returning a foundation that didn't work out for me. Sadly, they said they wouldn't send me a return label and told me to pay for shipping myself. To make matters worse, the agent's responses were kinda condescending and rude, which made me feel pretty unappreciated as a customer. I even sent an email to their customer service team like they asked, but I never got any response back. All in all, I'm really unhappy with both the product and the way they treated me as a customer.

    I'm really happy with what I bought from that cosmetics store. The skin tint gives great coverage, the foundation is smooth and lasts a long time. The mascara, eyebrow pencil, and eye cream were all better than I expected. And getting a free mascara, face base, lipstick, and cleansing oil with my purchase was a nice bonus. The products are top-notch and I'm totally satisfied with how everything turned out.

    I was super excited to buy stuff from this company at first, but man, their online ordering system is a total nightmare. I've been trying to place orders on their website for months, but it's just one frustrating glitch after another. Every time I try to check out, I get charged for my stuff but then I don't get any confirmation, so I'm just stuck with a full cart and no way to actually buy anything. It's been such a frustrating and disappointing experience.

    Their customer support hasn't been any better. Instead of actually helping me fix the issues with my orders, all they do is give me useless discount codes that I can't even use because I can't complete a purchase. They're not addressing the real problem and it makes me feel like they don't care about me as a customer.

    I'm really let down by how little they seem to care about fixing these issues that are stopping loyal customers like me from having a good shopping experience. Ignoring customer satisfaction and refusing to deal with these problems is just gonna push people away.

    Hydrating face tonic

    This hydrating face toner is really good at keeping your skin hydrated. The bottle is a decent size, but my only gripe is that there's no stopper, so it's easy to accidentally spill out a lot of product. This can make you run out faster, especially if you use it a bunch throughout the day. I got it from a different website with no problems, but I haven't checked out any other stuff from this brand yet.

    I tried so many times to order online, eh, but the website kept saying my address doesn't even exist. Like, seriously? How am I supposed to get my makeup if it doesn't even think I live somewhere, eh?
