I got some lipstick and eyeshadow from this online place, and man, it was such a terrible experience! First of all, they took forever to ship my stuff, like I swear I could have walked to the store faster than they sent it out. Then, when I finally got my package, some of the items I ordered were missing! Like, how do you forget to pack stuff? So I had to contact their customer service, and they didn't even bother to ask me what I wanted as a replacement, just decided for me! Um, hello, I have preferences too, you know? So not cool. I definitely won't be buying from them again and will look for other brands instead.

I bought a rope leash from this company recently and I was so disappointed with how it turned out. Right when I started to use it, the leash just broke right away, which was really annoying and caught me off guard. I could have easily gotten a better quality leash for a cheaper price at a regular pet store like Petco. I had high hopes for a fancy product based on the ads, but sadly, it didn't meet my expectations at all.

The device was working fine but now it won't even start up! I've been trying to get help for a whole week but no one has responded. Really let down by the service.

But the real kicker for me is this bug that keeps changing URLs when I try to add products to new categories. It's causing a ton of 404 errors on my site and seriously hurting my SEO game. And don't even get me started on how slow BigCommerce is to fixing these critical bugs or how they keep me in the dark about ticket progress. My account managers ain't helping either. It's got me feeling frustrated and thinking maybe I should start looking at other platforms for my business. Big clients are starting to notice too - some are already jumping ship for more reliable options.
