    Overpriced pet items

    Hey there, recently I bought some stuff for my pets and boy, was it a disaster. The prices were so high to begin with, but that wasn't even the worst part. I had to pay a crazy amount for shipping, and to top it off, my items arrived in different packages, all with customs fees. And let's not even talk about the quality - cheap materials and poorly made. I definitely suggest you save your money and shop somewhere else!

    I bought some stuff at this store not too long ago, and to be honest, I thought the prices were way too high. On top of that, I ran into some problems with the customer service folks. I tried to return four things, but their system messed up and said one had already been returned, so they wouldn't give me my money back. I tried to explain the whole situation, but they just couldn't seem to get it. Talking to them was super frustrating because it felt like they weren't really listening to me. All in all, I was pretty let down by the service I got.

    Address Change Issue

    I had the worst experience with my recent order. When I realized I put in my old address by mistake, I tried right away to contact customer service to fix it. But there was no phone number anywhere, so I sent an email instead. I didn't get any response for three days, and that made me really frustrated and worried about my order. Finally, after four days, I heard back from customer service, but it was too late. They told me that my order had already been sent out and they couldn't do anything to change the address. It was so disappointing and stressful, and it could have been avoided if the company had better communication and got back to me sooner.

    Rope leash purchase

    I bought a rope leash from this company recently and I was so disappointed with how it turned out. Right when I started to use it, the leash just broke right away, which was really annoying and caught me off guard. I could have easily gotten a better quality leash for a cheaper price at a regular pet store like Petco. I had high hopes for a fancy product based on the ads, but sadly, it didn't meet my expectations at all.

    Frustrated with delayed delivery

    I'm really frustrated with the lack of communication and how long it's taking to get my order. It's been over a month now and I haven't heard anything about where my purchase is at. Every time I talk to customer service, they dodge the issue and just make excuses for the delay without actually fixing anything. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company because they can't seem to get their act together when it comes to keeping customers in the loop and delivering on time.

    Harness and Pouch Set

    I recently bought a harness and pouch set from this brand, and I gotta say I was super disappointed with the quality and design. The colors on the website didn't match what I got, and the attention to detail was seriously lacking. The pouch got wrecked within a day of getting it, which is not cool for a brand that's supposed to have high-quality stuff. On top of that, the over-shoulder and belt system had a major flaw, making it hard to use right. And to top it all off, the back clip on the harness broke after just 3 months. Overall, my experience with this brand was not great, and I wouldn't recommend their stuff to anyone.

    expensive dog items, lack of integrity and promptness

    I had a terrible experience with this company's customer service. They added extra fees I wasn't told about, and my order from November 8th still hasn't arrived. I've emailed them twice asking about my purchase, but I haven't heard back. The prices for their dog stuff are really high, so you'd think they'd treat their customers better, but that's not the case.

    I wouldn't bother dealing with this company, eh. Their customer service is brutal and they're terrible at keeping in touch. They straight up cancelled my first order without telling me until I had to bug them about it. And then, they tried to blame the shipping company for the hold-up even though they never even sent out my package. It's a total nightmare trying to get help when their customer service is only available by email during regular business hours, eh. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company, eh.

    The dog bed I bought was really nice, it matched my home's modern style perfectly. But the quality wasn't great, which was a letdown. Even though I got a tracking number when I ordered it, the package never got to USPS. I kept an eye on the package and contacted customer service, but all they did was give me the same tracking number over and over again. It was annoying to find out that my package was lost and they had to send it again with a new tracking number from USPS. In the end, it took a long two weeks for my order to show up.

    Cute harness with poor quality hooks

    Oh man, I was so excited to get this cute harness for my furry friend, eh? Ordered a leash and collar to match. But, darn it, when I got the harness, I saw the hooks were painted a flimsy purple that started to rub off real quick. Ended up looking all cheap and dirty in no time, even though I'd only had it for a bit. Plus, the name tag kept rubbing against the hook, making both sides look faded. Super disappointed in the poor quality, felt like I got ripped off big time, eh?
