    I recently bought a camera bag from this company and while the bag itself is really good, the customer service experience wasn't so great. Unfortunately, my order got delayed by a month because of a "picking error," so I was pretty frustrated waiting for it to arrive. Plus, it took forever for customer service to get back to me, so I had no idea what was going on with my order. The only way to reach them was through a website message system that wasn't very helpful. But, on the bright side, Lowepro did end up refunding me for the shipping, which I was thankful for.

    As a customer of Interior Icons, I gotta say their website is full of some really cool and one-of-a-kind furniture pieces that'll make you wanna give your whole house a makeover. The Pelican Lounge Chair I bought is honestly amazing, it just steals the show in my living room. It's got this classy vibe and it's super comfy, perfect for my home decor. Only hiccup I had was when the chair arrived, the box was banged up and it caused some damage to two of the chair legs. But the customer service team fixed it up real quick and made sure I was happy with the solution. While waiting for that, I also snagged a lamp and a side table from Interior Icons, and lemme tell ya, they're both just as cool and stylish. Can't wait for them to come so I can finish up the look of my place.

    I just bought a pillow from this company because it was recommended for my sleeping position. But after using it twice, I actually felt more uncomfortable and in pain than before. The return policy on the website wasn't clear, and when I reached out to customer service, they weren't very helpful in solving my issues. I was really expecting a great product and excellent customer service because of all the good reviews, but I was really let down.

    My kid really enjoyed those coding lessons and has improved a lot ever since they started. I was so impressed by how naturally good they are at coding. Ms. Sania, the mentor, was amazing - super professional, dedicated, knowledgeable, and approachable. Big shoutout to her for guiding my child so well through the classes. I just wish there was something like this for older students too, because it's been such a great experience. All in all, I'm really happy with the service from the company.

    This VPN was such a letdown. I tried using it on my Android phone like they said, but it just wouldn't cooperate. Waiting for hours on end for an email response only to be told to switch servers that didn't even support Chrome, Samsung, or Firefox - the exact browsers I needed. In the end, I threw in the towel and switched to a different VPN that actually worked well with my browsers. It was a hassle to finally get my refund, took me 3 days of back and forth to sort it out.

    I just bought two pairs of red bottom booties from this company. I was a bit worried about the sizes, so I contacted customer service for help. The person I talked to was really helpful and gave me some great advice on choosing the right size for a comfy fit, especially for the pointy toe booties. They told me that the second pair wouldn't be shipped until March, which was too late for me. But to my surprise, I got my booties on Feb. 6th and they fit pretty well, just a tad big.

    Cheap material, terrible fit and comfort

    The bras are honestly so cheap feeling, like seriously, probably the worst material I've ever felt on my body. And get this, they cost so much! But the fit and comfort? Nonexistent. I was so uncomfortable and let down. I sent them back right away, but now I'm stuck in this annoying refund process that feels like it's never gonna end. Honestly, save yourself the trouble and don't even bother buying from this company. You're better off finding better quality stuff somewhere else.

    We were pumped to get our latest subscription box, but it turned out to be filled with the usual European snacks we've been getting for months. Opening the box used to be a fun family thing, but now it's just boring and same-old, same-old.     Cute harness with poor quality hooks

    Oh man, I was so excited to get this cute harness for my furry friend, eh? Ordered a leash and collar to match. But, darn it, when I got the harness, I saw the hooks were painted a flimsy purple that started to rub off real quick. Ended up looking all cheap and dirty in no time, even though I'd only had it for a bit. Plus, the name tag kept rubbing against the hook, making both sides look faded. Super disappointed in the poor quality, felt like I got ripped off big time, eh?

    I was so excited about my first order from this place that I couldn't resist getting more stuff. And you know what? My second order was just as fantastic as the first one!     I recently bought 8 bags of coffee, all whole beans, but got sent 6 bags of ground coffee instead. When I contacted customer service about the mistake, they said I had to pay to send the wrong bags back for a replacement. It was frustrating because it was clearly the company's mistake, not mine. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this company, and it seems to happen often. The coffee is expensive, especially because the bags are only 12 ounces instead of the usual 16 ounces. I found many other companies selling similar quality coffee for a lower price, so I'm questioning if it's worth buying from this brand. If you want good coffee without spending a fortune, I suggest looking at other sellers instead of sticking with this one.

    Sending money to places like Mexico was so easy with this service. I didn't have to deal with any of those annoying wire fees and issues that come with sending money to a Mexican bank account. The process was quick and the money arrived really fast. Can't complain at all, it was just awesome service!
