    Hiking shoes

    I recently bought a pair of hiking shoes from this store, and I gotta say, I was totally let down by the quality. The darn shoes fell apart after only three weeks of wearing them, and I paid a pretty penny for them too. I tried to get some help from the staff, but they were no help at all and wouldn't even hook me up with the manufacturer for extra support. As a loyal member of this coop, I was hoping for better customer service and better product quality.

    Hey folks, I picked up some camping gear from this shop recently and it was just awful. The staff there had no clue what they were on about and gave me the weirdest looks when I asked a simple question. Definitely not going back there, no chance.

    High-priced sneakers

    I bought some expensive sneakers from this store because they have a 1-year exchange policy. But those shoes fell apart fast - holes and worn-down treads after only half a year. When I tried to take them back, I was told no since they were already worn. I was pretty let down and annoyed because I thought shoes at that price would last longer.

I just bought some hiking gear online and it arrived super fast and well wrapped - I was really happy with it. And as a member, I love all the perks and discounts that you get with the co-op.

    Hiking boots purchase

    Eh, so my recent go at ordering hiking boots from this store wasn't the greatest, ya know? The shipping took forever, way longer than I expected. And they used both FedEx and USPS, which just made things drag on even more. As a loyal customer, I've noticed they don't have a great selection of brands that aren't their own. Especially when it comes to hiking boots, they're really missing out on some top-notch brands. Compared to Moose Jaw and other outdoor shops, their perks program is kinda lacking and they don't have as many sales. All in all, I was pretty disappointed with the whole shopping experience there, eh.

    I'm really unhappy with the service from this company. I ordered something on March 5th, and it's now March 11th, but I still haven't got any shipping confirmation. It's been a real hassle for me and I'm disappointed that they haven't been in touch about my order. I was expecting more from a company like this, but they've let me down.

    High-end equipment purchase

    I've been a longtime customer of this store for a few years now because it was where I always went to get top-of-the-line equipment. The stuff they sold was great quality, even though it was a bit pricey. Plus, the customer service used to be amazing - they always had your back, no matter if your warranty was still good or not. But lately, things have been a bit of a letdown. The staff seem kind of stuck up and not as friendly as they used to be, and the service just isn't what it used to be. It's sad to see a store that was once so awesome going downhill. From now on, I'll be shopping elsewhere, like Columbia.

    high-end shorts, too small

    Just picked up these fancy shorts, and I was so excited to wear them. But when I tried them on, they were way too small. I had to go away for work, so I couldn't return them right away. When I got back, I went to the store to return them, but they said no even though I had only worn them once. The customer service was terrible, and it seemed like they weren't sticking to their return policy.

    Used coat purchase

    I bought a second-hand coat from this shop thinking it was new. But when I got it, I was surprised to see medication, receipts, and stains all over it. I contacted the company and they confessed to selling used stuff and said sorry for not checking the pockets properly. Now I'm worried about the safety risk of unidentified pills breaking down in the pockets.

    Bought 2 pairs of men's pants

    I bought some pants for my dad and they were so pricey, but I ended up finding them way cheaper on a different rack. It was like a total bummer, I could've saved my allowance. So, I had to go back and get a refund because they didn't fit my dad properly. And to top it off, they didn't even give me my tax back. Remember folks, always double-check your bill!

    Hiking boots

    I just bought a new pair of hiking boots from this store, but they didn't quite fit right. When I tried to return them, I was kinda shocked to learn that REI charges a fee for return shipping on items that don't fit. I mean, fitting shoes can be tricky, right? It would've been really nice if they offered free exchanges for the same style or at least one free return to make things easier for customers.

    Unfortunately, my experience with ordering was not great at all. I was told that the item would be delivered by December 29th, but it never showed up and there were no updates online. I had to call customer service only to find out that the new delivery date was now January 3rd. This was a pain because I needed the item for my skiing trip on January 1st.

    Longline hooded puffer coat

    I recently bought a Longline hooded puffer coat from an online store. I ordered it in November and got an email in December saying it was on its way. But after sending a bunch of emails in January and last week, I still haven't heard anything or gotten my money back. This lack of communication has really annoyed me and let me down. From what I've been through, I wouldn't suggest using this website.

    Sahara Convertible Pants

    I just bought the Sahara Convertible Pants from your store and I gotta say, I'm really happy with them. The way you can quickly switch them to shorts without even having to take off your shoes is super handy. They're light but also tough, so they're perfect for outdoor stuff. I haven't had any problems with them yet!

    I just had to return something to this company, and honestly, it was a pretty disappointing experience. The whole return process was way more complicated and expensive than what I've dealt with at other stores. I got hit with a $5.99 charge for the return, and it took almost 2 weeks for the refund to finally show up in my account. Meanwhile, places like Amazon give you free returns and refund your money within hours of getting the item back. Plus, having to go all the way to the post office to send it back, instead of using those convenient drop-off spots other stores offer, was just a hassle.

    Outdoor gear

    I recently bought some outdoor gear at this co-op. My in-store experience was awesome thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable staff who helped me find just what I needed for my outdoor adventures. But when I tried to order online, it was a pain and took forever. And don't even get me started on the hassle of returning items by mail. The whole process was way too complicated and took way too long, thanks to the third-party shipping manager causing major delays in getting my refund. And to top it off, they could only send the refund by mail check, which took over a month to arrive. Totally not cool in this day and age.

    Snow pants for wife's birthday

    I got these snow pants for my wife and I was so pumped because she's a big fan of skiing. But when we finally hit the slopes on our ski trip, we noticed there was an issue with the zipper. We brought it back to the store and they told us it was faulty, but wouldn't exchange it because we weren't members. I mean, seriously?

    I got myself some hiking socks from this store, thinking they'd be top-notch and last me ages. Turns out, they let me down big time by wearing out much quicker than I thought. When I went back to the store hoping for a refund or exchange like they promised, the customer service was anything but helpful. The staff couldn't care less about my problem and didn't make any effort to make things right. I'm super annoyed and disappointed by the lack of support from this store.
