Review about: ATN - Maker of Night Vision and Thermal Imaging
X Sight scope purchase
So I bought this X Sight scope recently, and it was working fine at first but then it started acting up. Even after I did what the website said and updated the firmware, it kept freezing and shutting down on me. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the firmware myself, but I just couldn't figure it out. So I decided to reach out to ATN's customer support manager for help. We ended up going back and forth with 15 emails over 8 weeks, but we still couldn't fix the problem. Honestly, the manager didn't really seem to know what they were doing. I even tried emailing the CEO, but they totally ignored me. ATN's lack of response and terrible service really let me down. It's pretty clear that making customers happy is not their priority. I'd suggest avoiding ATN products altogether, their customer service is just the worst I've ever seen.

I just bought a custom painting from Paint Your Life of my wife and daughter while on vacation. Sadly, my wife passed away unexpectedly, so I wanted something special to remember her by. The photo I picked had a beautiful moment of my wife and daughter, and the painting turned out better than I could have hoped for. The artists at Paint Your Life really captured the emotions and essence of that moment, and I am so grateful for this precious piece of art that helps me remember my wife.

Emergency pet insurance claim
My puppy Daise was really sick, so we had to rush her to the vet in the middle of the night because she had blood in her urine. The vet did a bunch of tests, and it ended up costing a fortune, like $2,000! But when I asked Pawp to help cover the bill, they flat out said no! They were all like, "Sorry, it's against our policy." What a total rip-off! I've been a loyal customer for over 3 years, and this is how they treat me? Not cool, Pawp, not cool at all. I even tried reaching out to their support, but haven't gotten a response. They don't even have a working phone number! I'm so angry, I'm gonna report them to the AG and BBB. Pawp, you're such a scammer!

My experience with Canvasdiscount has always been great when it comes to getting my 8x8 print without any damage. Although there was a small issue with the size of the box in my last order, the print was still perfectly fine because of the strong packaging. I just bought a set with the Chebula Serum, facial cleanser, and Pure Radiance Oil, but I was kinda bummed to get three small sample bottles of the oil. The marketing made it seem like there would be one big bottle. The products are good, but the false advertising is not cool.

I was really looking forward to getting my hands on a comfy new sweatshirt from this company, but it turns out I ended up with nothing. The delivery was a complete mess - they claimed it was left on my porch, but it was nowhere to be seen. It's just too bad that I had to deal with all this nonsense in the first place.

I gotta say, I was really let down and annoyed by my recent experience with those cute little mini jars I ordered. The actual size was way tinier than I expected from what I saw online, kind of felt like false advertising. Plus, the personalized words on the labels were all squished and hard to read, like the ink was running out when they printed them. And on top of that, they charged me for two sets instead of just one, so now I've got double the jars to deal with. Super frustrating! Now I've gotta go through the hassle of sending back the extra order and paying for shipping, which is extra tough for me right now since I'm seven months pregnant.

So, I bought some games on sale at the store and it was honestly a letdown. First, I had to confirm my phone number with a text message, then my Paypal payment got stuck and needed manual approval by the support team. I didn't do anything fishy, I didn't even use a VPN, and I've bought stuff from them before with no issues. It took about 12 hours for my payment to finally go through, but then the keys I bought were suddenly "temporarily out of stock" and I've been waiting for days with no solution in sight. On top of that, the store credit they promised me before I paid seemed to disappear into thin air after the transaction went through. This whole ordeal was way worse than what they advertised when I made the purchase.

My experience with the website builder has been quite frustrating. I've been trying to make my portfolio site look good, but I keep running into problems. The images end up looking blurry and the changes I make don't always save correctly. This has made it really hard to predict how my site will turn out, and it's been super irritating. And now that Square has taken over the platform, things have just gotten worse. They're pushing me to use Square, even though I don't really want to. So now I'm on the hunt for a new website host and builder that will work better for me.

After getting this dress to try on at home before buying, I was really let down by how cheap it felt and how ugly it looked. So I returned it right away, but then weeks later I still got charged for it. I tried getting help from customer service a bunch of times, but they just ignored me. This whole thing has made me so mad that I'm disputing the charge with my bank and I'm never shopping there again.

I just bought a set of four 5th wheel tires from that company. I was pretty impressed with how quickly they responded and delivered in just five business days. Late delivery, lack of communication
I just ordered something from this site and man, let me tell you, the service was really bad. They said my birthday present would arrive on time, but I didn't hear anything until the day the shoes were supposed to show up. And then, out of nowhere, they changed the delivery date without even telling me beforehand! I tried contacting customer service, but all I got was some generic response. Seriously, with all the online shopping options out there, this is just not cool. I'm never going back to that site and I suggest others do the same.

Photo book with poor quality images
The photo book I ordered from this company was a major letdown, eh? The pictures turned out all blurry and pixelated, like they went through some sort of printing disaster that made them lose quality, you know? Even though they offered to redo the book for free, I wasn't keen on getting another crummy copy. Their supposed "100% satisfaction guarantee" didn't hold up, and it looks like there's a problem with how they make their books that makes the images look bad. After putting in hours of work to put together my book just right, I was really disappointed by how it turned out, eh.

Jones snowboard
I bought a Jones snowboard from this outdoor store the other day because I was really looking forward to hitting the slopes for some winter fun. But man, my excitement turned into a major letdown when the board's side wall gave out on only the fourth ride, and I hadn't even hit anything super hard. I tried to reach out to the store, since they're supposed to be an official Jones dealer, but they wouldn't help me get in touch with the manufacturer to deal with what I thought was a faulty product. It was so frustrating and left me super disappointed with their customer service.
