Clothing items from the website
I recently bought some clothes online and was eagerly waiting for them to arrive at my door. I was really looking forward to getting a cardigan that was on sale. But instead of getting my order, I saw "Refund" on my customer account a few days later. I contacted customer service to ask about it, and they said the items were sold out when I ordered them. I didn't really believe that because they were still online weeks later. I still wanted to buy them, especially the cardigan on sale, but I never heard back from them. I was disappointed by the lack of communication and professionalism, especially from a brand like this. Despite that, I decided to order some other items. I found the cardigan on sale from another store. Now I'm waiting for my new order, but it's taking a really long time. The shipping company has had the items for days, but they still haven't been sent out for delivery. I'm wondering if I'll get an update on my account saying the items are no longer available, since the website hasn't been updated and the refunded amount was returned to me. Is Zadig & Voltaire meeting their own standards? I really don't think I'll shop with them again. It's too bad.
Order canceled without my permission
I ordered something from this fancy brand's website, but they canceled it without even asking me! They said it was because the item was out of stock, but I never approved the cancellation. I tried to contact customer service, but they took forever to respond. It's so not cool to treat customers like that, especially when you're paying big bucks for designer stuff.
Online purchase, return issue, lack of response
Hey there, so I tried ordering some stuff online, you know? But then I had to return it, so I asked for a shipping label, right? I sent emails, tried the live chat (which wasn't even live, what's up with that?), and still no response! It's been forever now, and I'm not happy about it. I used to really like their stuff in the store, but this online thing is a real letdown. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from their website, you know?

I'm really upset about the stuff I bought from this store lately. It took forever to get my order, and when I returned it because it didn't fit right, I've been waiting over 7 weeks for my money back! The customer service has been terrible - no one's telling me what's going on with my refund. Don't buy from this store, honestly.

Wow, ordering from this online store was a total nightmare! Their return policy was nonexistent and the customer service was terrible. I tried contacting them by phone and email, but got no response. It was definitely the worst shopping experience I've ever had. I highly recommend avoiding this store!
$110 T-Shirt
I bought a $110 T-Shirt online not long ago. But when I washed it once, I saw defects on it. I emailed customer service, and they said I could get a refund. However, even after following up a few times, I still haven't got my money back. This online shop is not reliable.
Clothing items
I had a really bad experience ordering online. It was my second time ordering in the last six months and both times were a letdown. Returning items was a total nightmare, tons of problems, and it seemed like they were trying to make it hard on purpose. Would not recommend at all!
shredded clothes
I ordered some really nice clothes online, eh. But when they showed up, they were all wrinkled like a crushed piece of paper! I sent them back on December 16th, but haven't heard a thing since. Their customer service is not getting back to me at all. I swear, I'm never shopping from them again.
Recent order experience
I recently bought something online and it was a total disaster. I ordered on January 9th, 2023 and had it sent to a pick-up location at a parcel shop. But the package never showed up there. And on top of that, I still haven't gotten a refund for the stuff that didn't come. When I tried to reach out to customer service about it, it was a total mess. They don't even address your actual problem, just send out generic messages that don't help at all. It's really disappointing to see a company that's supposed to be reputable treating its customers so poorly. I definitely recommend avoiding this company if you don't want to waste your money and keep your peace of mind.
Shirt and jeans
That was the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. They kept a ton of money from my returns and wouldn't even bother replying when I asked about it. So disrespectful, especially considering how much those clothes cost. You just shouldn't treat your loyal customers like that, it's not right.
Pullover purchase, wrong size
The customer service at this store is terrible! They canceled my pullover order for no reason, even though it was still in stock. I had to buy it again through a friend, which was a pain. And to top it off, the pullover shrank and felted after I washed it following the instructions, even though it cost me more than $100. This is just not okay for a brand that claims to be high-end. Zadig & Voltaire really needs to improve their quality control if they want to compete with more affordable street fashion brands like Zara or Arket. I'm never coming back here again!
Cashmere sweater purchase
I used to love this place, but now I'm not so sure. The prices have gone up a lot for no reason. The quality is just okay, but they keep raising the prices by 150-200 euros every season. It's really disappointing. And to top it off, I went to the store today and it was closed...on a Wednesday! I thought they were a big brand. Shouldn't they be able to keep their store open?
Black Friday blazer
I ordered from this fancy brand during their Black Friday sale and, man, did it turn out to be a bad decision! I never got my blazer and when I reached out to them, they just gave me the runaround. So I had to take things into my own hands and contacted the carrier who said there were issues with the delivery on the scheduled day. But despite all that, Zadig-et-Voltaire closed my case without sorting anything out, saying the tracking showed it was delivered. What a crock! They didn't bother to look into it more and just brushed me off. Well, I'm not putting up with that. I'll be making complaints everywhere I can so others don't get scammed by their sketchy ways. Stay clear of this company with their terrible customer service – they'll just waste your time and money without a care. Seriously, avoid them if you want to keep your sanity and your wallet safe.
Swing your wings charm
I bought a charm from your store not too long ago, but I lost it. I asked about getting a new one, but was told I have to buy a whole new bag that costs over 400 dollars just to get the charm. Before, I could buy the charm on its own for 25 dollars, but now it's only with the bags. I think if I'm spending that much money, I should be able to just buy the charm. It seems like you care more about money than making customers happy.
