The wetsuit I bought was way better than I expected in terms of how flexible, warm, and durable it is. If you’re really into surfing and want a top-notch product that will last, it’s worth the money. The customer service was great too, they helped me pick the right size for the perfect fit. But it is a bit pricier compared to other brands. All in all, I had a fantastic experience with XCEL and would totally suggest it to other surfers.

I ordered a gun cleaning mat from this company recently. I waited for ten days and heard nothing, so I decided to call their customer service. They told me the item was out of stock, even though they had already charged my card. I was upset and disappointed by this news. They said they refunded me a week ago, but when I called again, they said it would take 21 days to process. I don't think it's right to not be upfront and communicate properly like this. It's just not good customer service.

I just bought a weighted blanket for my big queen size bed, but I was kinda bummed 'cause it ended up being too narrow on the sides and kept shifting around. I decided to contact customer service and they suggested turning it around, but then it was too short. It was annoying 'cause I made sure to order a blanket that was supposed to fit a queen size bed.
