    Makeup brushes purchase

    I just bought some makeup brushes from this store, and I gotta say, I'm kinda bummed about the quality. The bristles keep falling out after only using them for a bit, which is not cool.     Brush set purchase with free shipping to the U.K.

    I just bought a brush set that was supposed to come with free shipping to the U.K. But when I got my order, I was shocked to see that the courier was charging me extra for taxes and duties related to international shipping. This has never happened with my orders from the U.S. before, so it was really disappointing to have to fork over an extra £22.25 on top of what I already paid.

    I had 4 purchases last month, and 3 of them were trouble! Two of them were missing items, and they tried to deceive me with sneaky deals! They wouldn't even try to fix it. Terrible management! No more Sigma for me. Also, even after unsubscribing, they still sent me an email saying they miss me. If they actually kept their promises, maybe I would reconsider. Lies and insincere apologies all around.

    Two orders with minor and major issues

    I've made a couple of orders with this company and ran into a few hiccups. The first time, there was a small problem with my order, but they sorted it out super fast without causing me much trouble. The second time around though, I had a bigger issue with shipping and customs. Even though things got pretty tricky, the customer service team acted quickly and dealt with everything smoothly and with kindness. I was really impressed by how well they understood the situation and fixed things up in no time. All in all, I'd give them top marks for their customer service.

    What a nightmare it has been trying to get my hands on these brushes! The delivery has been delayed so many times, and the customs fees were just crazy. I still haven't even received my package! The only good thing about this whole situation is that I got the brushes at a really good discount. Imagine if I had paid full price for all this trouble, I would be so angry. The quality of the product is really great, but I suggest buying them from a different store in Canada, like the Bay, instead of going through all this trouble of ordering from this company.

    Palette vault purchase

    My first purchase ever with this company was the palette vault, which came with 4 eyeshadow palettes. The products themselves were gorgeous, and I was so excited to snag them at such a good price during the Black Friday sale. But my excitement was kind of dulled by the shipping process. I went with untracked shipping and got a bit nervous after seeing some negative reviews. It did take a bit longer to arrive, which I get since it was around Christmas and New Year's, but it did show up eventually in perfect condition with no extra customs fees. My only problem was with the shipping choices. Nowadays, it surprises me that a brand like them is still offering untracked shipping and charging so much for tracked shipping. Other companies, like Colourpop, include tracked shipping automatically. I think that offering tracked shipping for all orders would definitely cut down on customer complaints. Even with that, I'm happy with my purchase of the palette vault and the quality of the products. In the future, I might just buy Sigma products from a UK retailer to steer clear of any possible shipping delays and worries.

    The whole experience was absolutely awful, from beginning to end. They refuse to admit any mistakes and won't offer a complete refund like other companies. Instead, they pass the exchange rate charges to Australian banks. And as if that's not bad enough, they flood your inbox with spam emails filled with discount codes, and the unsubscribe button doesn't even function. It's like they're constantly bothering you for months on end.

    I recently bought something from overseas and I had to pick a specific shipping method to avoid high fees. But when the delivery person showed up, they hit me with an unexpected extra charge. I contacted the company and they said I could have said no to the package and got a refund, even though this wasn't made clear when I was buying. It was frustrating not knowing what to expect with the shipping, and it left me annoyed.

    With all the different shipping options out there today, it would be nice if the company offered more affordable choices for international shipping to make things easier for customers.     Makeup brushes order.

    I used to really like the makeup brushes from this company, but after what happened recently, I won't be ordering from them again. My order was supposedly delivered and signed for by FedEx, but I was home and didn't receive anything. The FedEx tracking said it was delivered to a different address. I tried to get the company to file a claim with FedEx, but only they could do it. I also reported the missing package, but nothing happened. Finally, I had to open a PayPal dispute and they told me to turn it into a claim. Sadly, I lost the dispute and $107. It's been a frustrating and disappointing ordeal.

    Ultimate Blending Brush Set purchase

    I just bought the Ultimate Blending Brush Set and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole thing. I heard some people complaining about long shipping times, but I saw a great sale and decided to go for it and placed my order on February 1st. Sigma sets can be pretty pricey, so snagging it at such a deal was a big win for me. I had read some scary stories about delays and long waits on different sites, but I was prepared to wait it out and figured I'd get my order by the end of March. But to my surprise, the package showed up way earlier than I expected, which made the whole experience a really good one for me.

    I ordered a lipstick from this store and it took over two months to arrive. The estimated delivery time was 3 to 10 business days, but clearly, that didn't happen.     I been a loyal customer for years, always excited when Sigma has their global free shipping events to save some coin on their goodies. But let me tell you, my recent experience has been a real letdown. After never having to pay extra for shipping in all my years shopping with them, I got hit with a call saying I needed to fork over a duty fee that was more than double the cost of expedited shipping. When I asked about this sudden change, all they gave me was some generic excuse about company policy. If this was really their policy all this time, then why is this the first time it's been an issue for me? Feels like a slap in the face and shows they don't care about customer loyalty. What's the point of waiting for their free shipping events if I'm just gonna end up paying more in the end? It's just not worth it anymore. I used to swear by Sigma products and tell everyone to try them, but now I'm completely turned off after this experience.

    I just bought email marketing services from this company, but I've been pretty disappointed with how things have turned out. Even though I did everything they told me to do to get off their email list, I still get bombarded with emails from them every day. And to top it off, the link to unsubscribe in their emails doesn't even work - it just goes to some busted page. So now I have to go to the extreme of setting up my filters to treat all their emails as spam.
