I just bought some makeup brushes from this store, and I gotta say, I'm kinda bummed about the quality. The bristles keep falling out after only using them for a bit, which is not cool. I was hoping these brushes would last longer, especially for the price I shelled out. I'd recommend being careful when getting makeup brushes from this store, 'cause they might not be up to snuff.

I ordered some brushes about 3 weeks ago and still haven't gotten them. I tried reaching out to customer service many times but didn't get any responses. The tracking system doesn't even know my order number. I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication and service.

I saw some not-so-great reviews about the delivery process, but my order arrived really quickly all the way from America to Australia and I could track it too. Plus, I got a quick response to my email and their customer service was top-notch. So, you know, you can't always believe everything you read in those negative reviews, eh?

Other companies, like Colourpop, include tracked shipping automatically. I think that offering tracked shipping for all orders would definitely cut down on customer complaints. Even with that, I'm happy with my purchase of the palette vault and the quality of the products. In the future, I might just buy Sigma products from a UK retailer to steer clear of any possible shipping delays and worries.

The whole experience was absolutely awful, from beginning to end. They refuse to admit any mistakes and won't offer a complete refund like other companies. Instead, they pass the exchange rate charges to Australian banks. And as if that's not bad enough, they flood your inbox with spam emails filled with discount codes, and the unsubscribe button doesn't even function. It's like they're constantly bothering you for months on end.
