The ordering process was easy and I didn't have any problems with it. But the customer service could be better. I had trouble getting through to them with my questions, and when I finally did, they took a while to get back to me. The prices were reasonable for what I got, but I wouldn't have minded some more deals or sales. The delivery was quick, and I got my stuff when they said I would, which was nice. In general, I'm happy with what I bought, but there's room for improvement.

I had 4 purchases last month, and 3 of them were trouble! Two of them were missing items, and they tried to deceive me with sneaky deals! They wouldn't even try to fix it. Terrible management! No more Sigma for me. Also, even after unsubscribing, they still sent me an email saying they miss me. If they actually kept their promises, maybe I would reconsider. Lies and insincere apologies all around.
