I recently bought the VaVa Dashboard Cam VA-VD005 from an online store. The actual camera is pretty good when it comes to specs and design. But man, the APP that came with it was a huge letdown. It got a 2-star rating on Google Play, showing how bad it is. And let me tell you, the brand's customer service was terrible. They seemed clueless and unhelpful. I sent them a bunch of lengthy emails, but never got a decent response or solution. In the end, I had to give up on the product because it was a waste of money and time. Definitely avoid this brand, my experience was awful.

I bought two keychains not too long ago and at first, I was happy with how they looked, especially for the price I paid ($12CAD each). But after using them for just a month, I saw that the 'leather' material was already starting to crack and the part that attaches to the metal key holder was showing some wear and tear. I thought they would last longer considering the price I paid initially.

As someone who depends on a consistent and reliable VOIP service for my business, I have been really let down by the provider. Over the past year, I've had multiple major outages, some lasting for days. This kind of unreliability is just not okay in today's fast-paced business world where communication is crucial. And it's frustrating that the support staff often try to blame issues on the customer's systems, which wastes a lot of time. It shouldn't be up to the customer to prove that their network is set up correctly according to the provider's recommendations. The provider needs to take responsibility for their own system and make sure it's working properly all the time.
Overall, I've been dealing with an ongoing issue for weeks without any updates or solution in sight. The provider's lack of communication and urgency is not acceptable and shows a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. In the end, I wouldn't recommend this provider to any business looking for a reliable and efficient VOIP service.

I bought a denim dress in size large, but got size small instead. I didn't even get a confirmation email or a tracking number, just the usual promo emails. To top it off, the order number on the receipt was unreadable, so I couldn't even get a return label. Tried to reach out for help through chat, but got no assistance at all.

I really love the scent club subscription at this place! They have such amazing natural products and getting a new fragrance every month is always so fun. The customer service is awesome, they even let you return scents that you don't like, which is a really nice touch. But the shipping can be a bit slow, it takes up to 10 business days which is a bit of a downer for me.

I ordered a lipstick from this store and it took over two months to arrive. The estimated delivery time was 3 to 10 business days, but clearly, that didn't happen. On top of that, they sent me the wrong color lipstick. I ordered a specific shade, but got a completely different one. The service was terrible and I won't be buying anything from them again.

Stay away from Abbyy FineReader - it's always lagging, takes forever to start up, and their customer service is not very helpful.
