Projector purchase
I got myself a fancy projector from this company not too long ago, and I gotta say, my shopping experience had its ups and downs. Ordering it was easy peasy, and I was pretty confident in my decision. The customer service folks were really nice and helpful, giving me all the info I needed. But I have to admit, they dropped the ball a bit when it came to keeping me updated on my order, which left me feeling a bit annoyed and unsure when my new toy would show up. Despite that, the projector itself is top-notch - it's way better than I expected in terms of performance and bang for my buck. To sum it up, the product is awesome, but there's definitely room for improvement when it comes to ordering and keeping customers in the loop.

Now I'm out of money and without a working monitor, which is super frustrating. I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company, my experience has been really disappointing.
VaVa Dashboard CAM VA-VD005
I recently bought the VaVa Dashboard Cam VA-VD005 from an online store. The actual camera is pretty good when it comes to specs and design. But man, the APP that came with it was a huge letdown. It got a 2-star rating on Google Play, showing how bad it is. And let me tell you, the brand's customer service was terrible. They seemed clueless and unhelpful. I sent them a bunch of lengthy emails, but never got a decent response or solution. In the end, I had to give up on the product because it was a waste of money and time. Definitely avoid this brand, my experience was awful.
Baby monitor not charging
So, I bought this baby monitor, but it's been a bit of a dud because it won't charge properly. It's pretty important to me to have a good monitor for my baby, you know? I bought those outdoor security cameras from this company about 14 months ago. But you know what? They stopped supporting the system pretty quickly and then just shut it down altogether. I'm really upset with how my baby monitor order turned out from this company. I ordered it weeks ago and still haven't gotten it. The tracking number they gave me doesn't even show when it's going to ship, which is so frustrating. When I tried talking to customer service for help, I just got bad communication and the same excuse about "shipping delays" because of tough times. I had a terrible experience with buying a Vava SSD disk. The product was not great, and I lost important information because of a software problem. The customer service team was not helpful at all in fixing my issue. It looks like a different company is in charge of developing the software for this product, which could explain why it's not very good and why the support is lacking. I wouldn't suggest relying on this disk and its software to keep your data safe, as there's a chance you could lose everything.

I bought these security cameras three years ago and they worked great at first. But now, the company has totally stopped providing support without warning, so I'm stuck with cameras that don't work. I relied on this company for my security, and now I feel abandoned.
Two SSD touch external hard drives
I bought two SSD external hard drives that needed a certain app for encryption. At first, everything was smooth sailing until my Mac OSX updated to Monterey. The app stopped recognizing the SSDs. They said they were fixing it, but it seemed like they had no plans to update the app. Also, when I tried to use the extended warranty for the SSDs, they wouldn't honor it. This whole situation really let me down and made me super frustrated with the brand.
Overpriced tech gadget
Don't waste your money on that expensive tech gadget from that company. They hook you in with all their fancy ads, take your money, and then leave you hanging when you actually need help. It's like they don't even remember you once they've got your cash. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone at that company. Save yourself the stress and go with a company that actually values their customers.
VAVA 1080 Baby Camera and Monitor
I recently bought the VAVA 1080 baby camera and monitor, and sadly, after only 3 months, the monitor LCD started showing vertical streaks. This problem has made the monitor totally unusable because now the images are blurry and distorted, especially on dark backgrounds. Even though I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times and sent them pictures of the issue, I haven't heard back in the last 6 days. This lack of communication has left me super frustrated and disappointed, feeling like I'm being ignored and ghosted by the company. In the end, the monitor's poor quality and the lack of customer service have made this whole experience negative for me.

I ordered a robot vacuum online from this company and it was a total disaster. After only a couple of times using it, the thing started acting up. When I contacted customer service for help, they told me the product was no longer being made and they couldn't help or give me my money back. Completely ridiculous! VAVA Pro home cameras
The camera system was really good, way better than what I had before from a different brand. But then things went downhill fast when VAVA suddenly stopped selling the system out of nowhere. I felt completely let down and annoyed. I'd suggest you think long and hard before buying anything from them.
My dashcam died after 3 years
I bought a dashcam from here and it died after only 3 years! It's so not cool that it's out of warranty and the company doesn't even care. The quality is trash and their customer service is like non-existent. Don't buy from them, eh!
