Delayed delivery of PS5 wrap
I ordered a PS5 wrap back in November as a Christmas gift, but it still hasn't shown up after over 3 weeks. The tracking info says it got sent back to the sender, and I've reached out multiple times through email with no reply. This company is a total mess and clearly a scam.

I got this baby monitor when my little brother was born. I was so excited to use it once he was older enough, but man, the connection was terrible! I tried to get it fixed, but no luck at all.

4/3mm wetsuit, poor quality
I bought this supposedly top-of-the-line wetsuit and it ripped after only 4 uses. Billabong wouldn't do anything to help me out, so now I'm stuck with a useless product. Pretty disappointing experience all around, eh?

Bought a 7 day Sim card for Japan
I bought a Sim card for Japan, thinking I'd have data, but it ended up only having signal, no data. I feel like I've been duped. Customer service wasn't helpful at all, they just kept saying to talk to someone I couldn't even reach. And their website reviews seem phony, they block negative ones.

Free trial auto-renewal issue
I signed up for a free trial just like a lot of other folks, eh. I made sure to cancel the auto-renewal right away. But even then, I got an email saying thanks for renewing my subscription. Just a heads up - always take screenshots of your cancellation confirmation so you don't get hit with any surprise charges, eh.

King Linen set purchase.
I recently bought the King Linen set from this company, and I have to tell you, I am really disappointed with the quality of the sheets. As soon as I opened the package, the sheets started shedding like crazy. It got so bad that I had to get a handheld vacuum just to clean my bed every time I changed the sheets. And on top of that, the shedding made the sheets super thin, and now they're about to get holes all over. I've never had this happen with any other sheets I've had before.
When I contacted their customer service about the problem, all they gave me was a lousy 10% off coupon for more sheets. Honestly, I won't be buying from them again.Review about: Avid
Software
My experience with this company was just awful. They not only store personal data and credit card info without permission, but they also say it's all in their 'terms of service'. They act like they're above the law, forgetting that the law should always come first. Their attitude and lack of respect for customer privacy is shocking. On top of that, their marketing tactics are sketchy - they send emails that you can't even unsubscribe from because they claim they're not marketing emails. That level of dishonesty is just not okay. Even after trying multiple times, they still won't let me delete my account and data. The software interface looks old and clunky, making it seem like they're stuck in the past and refuse to move forward. Overall, my time with this company was a total nightmare and I won't be using their services again.
