    Express passes to Super Mario World

    This company sucks big time when it comes to customer service. So get this, I shelled out a bunch of cash for express passes to Super Mario World at Universal Studios Japan, but guess what? They gave me tickets for a time when I won't even be at the park! They didn't bother telling me that I couldn't pick my own entry time, which you can totally do on other websites. The transaction went through without letting me choose, and now I'm stuck with tickets that are useless to me. And to top it off, they won't give me my money back, hiding behind their 'no refunds' rule. I think as a customer, I should be able to get a refund if what they sold me is basically garbage. I'm gonna talk to my bank about disputing this whole thing.

    Cruise booking issue

    I just booked a cruise with this travel agency and it was terrible! There were four of us in the group but we only got one room instead of the two we asked for. When we contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and basically said we were on our own. It's been three weeks and we still haven't gotten it sorted. I recommend steering clear of this company if you don't want to deal with the headache of overpaying and being stressed out.

    Kyoto day tour booking

    Just got back from a day trip to Kyoto that I booked online, and man, it was a disaster. Our tour guide barely spoke English, which was weird because most of us on the bus were from out of town. We were rushed through everything and didn't really get to take in the sights. Plus, the guide didn't even get their facts straight, so everyone was confused. All in all, it was not a great time.

    My parents are always going on trips to different places in Asia. They like using this website to find good deals on SIM cards, WiFi, bus tickets, train tickets, and fun stuff like tours. They've used it for Japan, Vietnam, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and even Australia. I think it's awesome that they can pay with their credit card or Apple Pay and don't have to worry about carrying around cash. They always say it's really easy to use and they love it. They say they can't travel without it!

    HSR train ticket purchase

    I had a really frustrating time with the customer service at this agency. I booked a ticket for the HSR train and noticed there was a mistake in the birth year on the voucher. At first, I thought I made a mistake, but after checking again, I saw that the agency had entered the wrong information on the voucher. When I reached out for help, they said I needed to cancel my order and would only get a partial refund because of a service fee. Even after I explained everything, they still wouldn't fix my order without the extra charge. They didn't even try to figure out what caused the mistake or how to stop it from happening again in the future. All in all, not a great experience with this agency.

    Universal Studios Japan Express pass

    I bought the Universal Studios Japan Express pass thinking I could have a blast on all the rides, especially the one they said was included. But when I got the vouchers and saw that the ride I was most excited for was closed on the day I went, I was super let down. It felt like false advertising to me. So, I reached out to customer service right away, hoping they could help, but they just said there was nothing they could do. It's frustrating to feel like I was deceived and not have any solution offered.

    Booking for a group tour

    I jus' went on dis group tour t'rough d'is service an', OH BOY, it was a total mess! Dey said we'd see all dese cool t'ings an' do fun stuff, but mos' of it wasn't even included. Our tour guide was a total flop - unprofessional an' seemed like he didn't know what he was doin'. Overall, it was a pretty crappy experience. I was so let down by d'is service an' wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

    Taiwan Rail tickets

    So I bought some Taiwan Rail tickets from a travel agent not too long ago, eh? Had a bit of a problem with my visa being expired, and the Taiwan Rail refunded one of the tickets back to the agent, but they didn't give me my money back right away. I had to get my credit card company involved before the agent finally coughed up the cash. They said they were great at customer service, but really, their actions were sloppy and just caused me a bunch of unnecessary hassle and stress, ya know?

    I was really looking forward to my tour, but it ended up being a total disaster. I double checked my pick up location three times with Kkday, but they insisted it was at my hotel. When I contacted the agency, they informed me it should have been at their office instead. I was furious and frustrated that they gave me the wrong information, ruining my New Year's Eve plans. I missed out on the tour and now I feel like they completely wasted my time. As someone who loves to travel, it's crucial to have accurate details, and their service was totally unprofessional.     USJ express pass purchase

    Trying to buy those USJ express passes was a total mess! I was trying to get two passes all at once, but for some reason, the system would only let me grab one at a time. Urgh! And to top it off, it gave me two different time slots for my passes. Like, seriously? Then, to add fuel to the fire, the system showed the prices in AUD, but then hit me with charges in SGP at the end. It ended up costing more with that crazy exchange rate and extra credit card charges. I should've just stuck with Klook for my tickets. Man, I really regret picking this platform now.

    Shuttle bus service to Taipei 101

    Sorry, but the info on the website about where to catch the shuttle bus was totally wrong. It said the stop was super close, like 10-15 meters from the MRT station exit, but it was actually way farther, like up to 100 meters. Because of this, we ended up missing the bus and it was a pain in the butt. Plus, the site didn’t have any contact info for customer service, so we couldn't even try to fix the mess.
