Shuttle transportation booking
This is my first time using a shuttle transportation booking service and I gotta say, it's been pretty good so far. Booking the shuttle online was easy peasy, no complications at all. Got a confirmation email with all the deets, which made me feel good about the whole thing. The real test will come when I actually take the shuttle to and from where I need to be. I just bought something from this company, but they sent me the wrong watch by mistake. I actually ordered a specific model, but they gave me a cheaper one that I didn't want. I also sent them a few emails with my order number and explained the situation, but I haven't heard back from them yet. It's really frustrating that they're not communicating or acting professionally.

Ironwood grill replacement part issues
I am so fed up with all the problems my Ironwood grill has been giving me. It's only three years old and I've already had to replace so many parts. And don't even get me started on the awful customer service. They just don't seem to care that I've wasted so much time and money on ruined meals because the grill won't even start. And the amount of pellets I've had to toss out every time I empty the hopper is ridiculous. This grill cost way too much for all the headaches and troubles it's caused me.

I gotta say, I'm really disappointed with the logo design service I got from this platform. It was a total waste of my time and money, eh. First off, the way the platform works made it so hard to talk directly with the designer.
