I applied to a design platform as a freelance graphic designer with hopes of entering contests and making money from my designs. But after ten days, I got an email saying they didn't accept my application because they were looking for specific skills that are in high demand. I was pretty bummed about it since I believe my work is top-notch and should get a shot at these contests. The whole application process felt really tough and limiting, and I don't want to wait a whole year to try again. I'm ready to show off my skills and join these contests, but the strict criteria are holding me back.
