Follow-upMy experience with the logo design contest was really disappointing. I got some terrible submissions and had to spend a lot of time giving feedback, but then I found out that their notification system wasn't working properly. So, my designers didn't even know the contest ended suddenly. I tried contacting support for help, but they didn't get back to me right away. The lack of communication and follow-up just made me even more frustrated. And on top of that, the designs were really not up to par. Overall, my experience with the logo design contest was pretty unsatisfactory.
