New video editor purchase
The company's website is just so darn frustrating! It feels like they want you to get lost in circles. So, I bought the 2021 video editor, but then found out my computer couldn't handle it. Upgraded to a better computer, but ran into problems transferring the software. Now my $180 purchase is basically useless.
Software troubleshooting assistance
Hey there! So, I've been working with CorelDraw on Windows for, like, forever, like 25 years! And lemme tell ya, I've always had my doubts about tech support 'cause they never seemed all that helpful. But then, I switched over to MacOS and started having all these problems with Corel crashing and showing weird characters. I finally bit the bullet and reached out for help. And you know what? I had such a great experience with Mr. Kenneth D'sa! He fixed everything super quickly and even took the time to answer all my questions from over the years. His skills and dedication really saved the day for me. I can't thank him enough and I totally recommend his services to anyone else who needs tech support.
Lifetim license for PSP 2020
I had to reinstall my Paint Shop Pro 2020, which I bought a lifetime license for. The software wouldn't install and the agent I talked to was not helpful at all. They suggested I buy their latest software instead of fixing the issue with my current one - But I have a "lifetime license" for PSP 2020! When I mentioned this, they just wanted to sell me more stuff. I felt like they were tricking me, so I told them I was going back to Adobe. Then, the agent just closed my support ticket and said goodbye! What a joke! I recommend staying away from this company. It's a shame because the software is actually a good alternative to Adobe Photoshop. It's weird how they can spam my PC with popups for their new products, but they can't help me reinstall the software I already paid for. What a disgrace.
Custom workspace manipulation
I bought Corel 3 a while ago, but now they keep pushing me to upgrade to the newest version. All my customized workspace and tools keep disappearing after a few months of using it. I think I'm just gonna switch over to Illustrator instead.
software program
I just got this software from this company and I gotta say, I had a pretty rough time. The customer service was not great, I couldn't really understand the reps. When I called, I got someone who had trouble speaking English clearly, so it was hard to get my problems sorted out. And when I tried the chat, the person could write in English, but as soon as I asked a important question, they stopped helping me. It was frustrating and disappointing, especially since I used to really like this program, but now it seems like it's gone downhill.
Pinnacle Studio 26 without a key
2. This is just too much! I bought Pinnacle Studio 26 and never got a key. I tried contacting customer service so many times, but all they keep telling me is to check the software library under Orders, which isn't even real! And to make things worse, they keep asking for proof of purchase, which I already gave them. It's just ridiculous!
Software purchase
Customer service was just terrible. It seriously took them six whole days, had to talk to five different agents, sent so many emails, complained non-stop just to get a simple download link for the product I bought. Dealing with their support team was an absolute nightmare, and on top of that, trying to communicate with the non-English speaking staff only made it more frustrating.
Exporting photos issue
I've been having a hard time trying to export a bunch of photos using your photo editing program. I contacted customer service for help, but they weren't much help. It took them like a whole week to get back to me, and when they finally did, their solutions didn't really do the trick. I kind of wish I went with a different software instead.

I recently gave the video editor trial a shot and gotta say, I was let down to see a bunch of extra shortcuts cluttering up my desktop after installing it. Plus, I had to make an account on their website just for a quick trial, which felt like a hassle. Companies really should stay on top of tech trends and what users want.

The customer support from this company is just terrible, eh? And the product itself is no good either. Since I first installed it, I've been having problems non-stop. They just kept passing me off to different departments like they were tossing a ball around. And to make it even worse, they sent me a link for Windows even though I clearly said I have a MacBook. 2. So I went ahead and bought an upgrade to Paint Shop Pro Ultimate 2023 from the company. But let me tell you, the whole thing was kind of a letdown. At first, I got an email saying it was $41.99, but when I tried to buy it, the price was actually $69.99. Pretty confusing, right? So I decided to chat with customer support to figure out what was going on. We went back and forth and they eventually offered me the upgrade for $59.49. I couldn't believe how all over the place the pricing was and the lack of professionalism from the company.
