I recently bought some emergency supplies from a store, but the whole process was not as good as I had expected. Ordering was easy, but the service after that was not so great. I had to wait a long time and when I asked about my order, I just got excuses and more delays. It was disappointing, especially since I was a first-time customer. I did eventually get my items, but the lack of communication and clarity was frustrating. The products themselves were good, but the bad service really ruined the whole experience for me. I don't think I'll be going back to that store because of the poor customer service.

I ordered the Pelican Case online a few weeks ago and I still haven't gotten it. I've sent a bunch of emails to customer service and called the shipping company a bunch of times, but I still don't know where my package is. It's been really annoying dealing with both of these companies, they haven't been much help at all. I'm definitely not going to shop with them again.

Defective subwoofer return
I just bought a subwoofer from the store and it turned out to be defective, so I had to return it. But then, the return package somehow went missing while on its way back to the store. Even after I explained everything, Monoprice still wouldn't give me a refund and blamed me for the missing package. This whole thing has really frustrated and disappointed me with their customer service.

2. So I went ahead and bought an upgrade to Paint Shop Pro Ultimate 2023 from the company. But let me tell you, the whole thing was kind of a letdown. At first, I got an email saying it was $41.99, but when I tried to buy it, the price was actually $69.99. Pretty confusing, right? So I decided to chat with customer support to figure out what was going on. We went back and forth and they eventually offered me the upgrade for $59.49. I couldn't believe how all over the place the pricing was and the lack of professionalism from the company.

My experience with this online booking platform has been really bad, eh. I've been using it for 2 years now, and every week there are problems with clients booking online, eh. The SMS notifications don't come through, push notifications aren't working, and even when I make appointments in person, I don't get any confirmation SMS. I'd recommend staying away from them, since they only care about making money from new clients, eh.

Oh my goodness, I can't believe this company is still in business! I ordered a silk sleeping bonnet from them, thinking it was real silk, but it's actually just a blend of nylon and polyester. Talk about false advertising! And their customer service is the worst - I reached out multiple times to cancel my order, but they totally ignored me and still shipped it. Ugh! I'm definitely never shopping with them again.

The custom bobblehead I ordered was awesome! It was really well made and looked just like the photo I sent in. I liked that I could pay a bit extra to see the different stages of how it was made. The company was really good with keeping me updated throughout the whole process, which I appreciated. It was nice to have the option to approve or reject the product to make sure it was just right. The colors on the bobblehead matched the photo I gave them, and I was super happy with how it turned out. The shipping was no issue, and I had a good way to track the delivery.
