I recently bought some silk pillowcases from this company and I have to say, I'm really impressed with them. I got three for myself and picked up two more for my daughter and niece. Two envelope pillowcases
So, I recently bought two envelope pillowcases and let me tell you, it was a bit of a rollercoaster. The quality and craftsmanship were top-notch, can't deny that. They were well-made and that bright coffee color really caught my eye, gotta admit. But, man, oh man, delivery took forever and the presentation boxes were all banged up. Such a bummer since I was planning to gift them to someone special.

I'm really not happy with the customer service here. We got a silk PJ set for couples as a wedding gift, but the sizes were completely wrong. Trying to swap them has been a total nightmare. And to top it off, there's no phone number to call for assistance, just an email. Like, seriously, how am I supposed to contact someone if I need help? "Supposed Silk Cap"
I recently bought what was said to be a silk sleep cap, but I have my doubts. It looks and feels more like satin to me. I mean, silk is supposed to be soft and smooth, with no tough creases. This is the second time I've bought this product, and my suspicions have only grown. I paid quite a bit for this, and I feel like I've been tricked. There's no care label on it, no info about the material, just a small tag with the brand name. It's disappointing to think I might have paid for a polyester thing from China.
