Momme Silk - Reviews and experiences

So, I recently bought two envelope pillowcases and let me tell you, it was a bit of a rollercoaster. The quality and craftsmanship were top-notch, can't deny that. They were well-made and that bright coffee color really caught my eye, gotta admit. But, man, oh man, delivery took forever and the presentation boxes were all banged up. Such a bummer since I was planning to gift them to someone special.

And get this, even though the label said they were 100% silk, they didn't have that silk smell that all my other pillowcases have. Weird, right? Despite these letdowns, I still think they're a good deal for the price.

I'm really unhappy with the service I got from this company. I ordered a silk bedding set, but I never got it. I tried contacting customer service many times to fix the problem, but I never heard back. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend buying from this company after my experience.

So, I ordered these super nice silk sheets for my daughter's Christmas present on December 3rd. But guess what? It's already December 19th and they still haven't arrived! And to top it off, there's no phone number to call for assistance, just an email. Like, seriously, how am I supposed to contact someone if I need help? I'm really disappointed and for sure won't be shopping with them again.
