Returns & RefundsI was really disappointed with the silk pillow I bought. The corners weren't filled properly and it felt super hard. The silk pillowcases I got didn't feel like real silk either. They were shiny and felt like cheap satin. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times to make a return, but they weren't of much help and their return app was messed up. Not being able to get a return label because of technical issues was so frustrating. My whole experience with this company was a letdown and I won't be buying from them again.
