    I recently got myself a new jacket, some nice long thermal socks, and gloves all online. I was pretty happy when my stuff arrived super quickly and in really good shape. I ordered everything on August 29 and had it in my hands by September 1. The folks at the Sail Cambridge store were really nice and helpful when I called to check on my order. And Nationex delivery did a great job too with their notifications, keeping me up to date on where my package was at all times. The packaging was all good and my new stuff was packed up nice and safe. I snagged the jacket for just $59 on sale, a real deal since it was originally $119.99. The jacket is perfect for the wind and water, so I'm all set for the season. Even though I saw some bad reviews after I bought my stuff, I'm happy I went with Sail and would totally recommend their online store to anyone.

    Waterproof and wide shoes

    Hey there, just wanted to give a shoutout to the store staff for their amazing service today. The sales associate who helped me find waterproof and wide shoes was super helpful and knew his stuff. He really took the time to get what I needed and suggested a perfect pair for me.     New pants

    I got these awesome new pants for back-to-school at this store. They looked amazing on the website, but when they got here, they were way too big and the color was totally off from what was shown online. I tried to send them back, but it was already after the return deadline. Now I'm stuck with these pants that don't even fit me properly. It feels like I wasted my money, ugh!

    Winter coat, hat, and mittens

    So, I went and bought my daughter a winter coat, hat, and mittens for Christmas. Spent just over $300 on it all. But then, ya know what happened? They sent it to the wrong house! When I asked what was up with the delivery delay, the customer service folks sent me a pic of the package at some red door. But my door's blue, not red! They blamed me for the typo in the address and didn't really help beyond that. As someone with vision issues, it was pretty disappointing and frustrating. Good customer service should've at least helped me find the package or sort things out with the delivery service. This whole situation has me feeling let down, and I definitely won't be shopping online with them again.

    I recently bought some fishing gear, but I gotta say, the whole experience was kinda disappointing. When I tried calling the Fishing Department for some help, I ran into some communication problems. Most of the time, nobody would even pick up the phone, and when they did, they just told me to try again later. It was really frustrating that they weren't more available and attentive.

    I am really disappointed with the customer service I got from this company. First off, there's no phone number on their website, so all you can do is fill out a form and hope someone gets back to you. Even after trying multiple times through the form, I never heard back about my order. I didn't even get my purchase, and the lack of communication from Sail was super frustrating.<br><br>After weeks of trying to reach out to them, I had to send a formal notice by registered mail and dispute the charges with my credit card company. Leaving customers in the dark about their orders and their money tied up with no resolution in sight is just not okay.<br><br>They finally responded after four weeks, which I think is totally unreasonable. The lack of accountability and communication from Sail shows they don't really care about their customers or their satisfaction. I've gone ahead and filed a formal complaint with the OPC to address these serious customer service issues.

    I ordered some running shoes from this company based in Quebec. I waited for three days, but when I reached out to customer service, they were so unprofessional and refused to take any responsibility. The supervisor was nowhere to be seen, only "Caroline" who ended up canceling my order after it had already been sent. The only good thing was that I got my refund, but honestly, the customer service was so bad. Save yourself the hassle and don't bother spending your time and money here.

    Quick-dry hiking pants

    This place is a disaster, eh? I recently bought a pair of quick-dry hiking pants from them, and let me tell ya, it was a nightmare from start to finish. The ordering process was all over the place, with stuff being thrown into my cart that I didn't even pick. The customer service was a joke - they said they'd give me a discount coupon, but then changed their mind and wouldn't honor it when I tried to use it. And don't even get me started on the quality of the pants - they showed up looking like they'd been run over by a truck. When I reached out to their customer service about all this, all I got was some impersonal, computer-generated response. Absolutely disgraceful, I tell ya.

    I recently went to the store to find a baitcaster. When I got there, one of the older employees gave me not-so-great customer service. He didn't seem interested in helping me find what I needed and had a bit of an attitude when I asked for help. I was told that the item I wanted wasn't in stock, even though I saw it online. This kind of experience has happened before, and it's frustrating to see some employees not putting in the effort. If the store wasn't so close by, I would have gone somewhere else to shop.

    SWIX pants purchase, price match policy disappointment

    I recently bought a pair of SWIX pants thinking there was a price match policy at the store. But, not long after, I saw the same pants on sale for 19% off. I got excited, hoping to get a refund for the difference. Sadly, my excitement turned to disappointment when I found out I had to go back to the store in person to return and buy the pants again at the sale price. This was a big hassle since I live 2-3 hours away from the closest store. It was disappointing to realize that there wasn't really a price match policy, even for their own store items.
