    Customer service experience

    As a customer, I gotta say, the customer service in this place is amazing, eh! I had a little problem with my order not long ago, and they fixed it up real quick and efficient-like. They kept me in the loop the whole time, which was great. The way they took care of my issue was really impressive and shows they really care about their customers. If I could, I'd give them more than 5 stars for sure!

    New pants

    I got these awesome new pants for back-to-school at this store. They looked amazing on the website, but when they got here, they were way too big and the color was totally off from what was shown online. I tried to send them back, but it was already after the return deadline. Now I'm stuck with these pants that don't even fit me properly. It feels like I wasted my money, ugh!

    LED mask

    I just bought the LED mask from Currentbody US & Canada and I gotta say, I'm really looking forward to seeing how it improves my skin! The mask really works well and made my skin look glowing after only a week of using it. The only issue I had was that the band that goes around my head to hold the mask in place was a bit too tight and uncomfortable, especially when using the eye protection. But overall, I'm happy with the results so far and can't wait to keep using it to make my skin look even better.

    Late night flight mistake

    I made a silly mistake and booked a late night flight thinking it was in the morning. After getting the confirmation email, I panicked, thinking I would have to pay a big fee to change the flight. But surprise! CheapAir changed the flight without any trouble. They refunded me for the first flight and helped me book another one at a good price. I felt so relieved that I didn't lose much money. Thanks, CheapAir, for saving me from my own dumb mistake.

    Mercades t-shirt ordered in February, order cancelled in May

    I ordered a Mercades t-shirt in February, but I just got an email in May saying they cancelled my order. It's really annoying to wait that long and then be told they can't send my stuff. I'm pretty disappointed and won't be telling anyone to use this site.

    I absolutely adore my mystery travel subscription! It's like opening a present on Christmas morning every time I discover where my next adventure will be.     Oh my gosh, I went shopping with my mom and found the cutest sweater and leggings at this store! The sweater is so soft and cozy, and the leggings are stretchy and really comfy. I'm so excited to wear them to school and show my friends my new outfit!

    My purchase was a jacket and snow pants.

    So, listen, I got this super cool jacket and some snow pants from this store and I was so pumped about it! But when I got home, the jacket was way too big and the snow pants were too small. When I went back to return them, the person working there was super rude and wouldn't let me return the jacket even though they said I could. And when I tried to swap the snow pants for a bigger size, they gave me the wrong ones! How hard is it to get the right size, seriously? I even called them up and they were like, "check online"! Um, hi, I'm already in your store, why would I look online? Ugh, frustrating.

    Wood pellet grill

    So I bought this wood pellet grill from this company and man, I gotta tell ya, I'm really disappointed with what I got. Like, everything from the screws to the actual lid feels super cheap and not consistent at all. And get this - the lid doesn't even close properly, which is kind of concerning when you're thinking about how long this grill is gonna last. The electronics are just not up to par either, like they perform at such a low level. I really regret dropping my hard-earned cash on this. It's pretty obvious the company is trying to save money and make a quick buck instead of giving us customers a decent product. It's really disappointing to see a brand that used to have a good rep selling these low-quality items made by underpaid workers.
