    Pellet smoker

    I'm super disappointed with my pellet smoker purchase. It can't keep a consistent temperature, swinging up to 80 degrees, which is just not cool for a smoker. On top of that, it seems like it's poorly made even though they said it was top-notch. I'm really let down by the quality and the lack of help from customer service, especially since I reached out after the return period ended. I got this smoker last fall and wish I had looked into other options more carefully before dropping the cash. Overall, this thing just isn't worth the price.

    High-end grill purchase

    Although it cost a pretty penny, I can't even enjoy using the product because it's such a pain to download the firmware update I need. The WiFi signal range is too short, so I can't even turn on the grill. I'm really let down by this big flaw in the product.

    I recently bought a pellet grill from this store, thinking it would work great right from the get-go. But man, was I wrong. It just couldn't hit the right temps, never mind getting hot enough for a proper sear on my meat. It was a real pain in the butt trying to figure out the issue - took me a whole 18 months of troubleshooting, lots of phone calls, and countless hours before I got it sorted. Every time I called customer service, they were quick to blame me for the problem instead of admitting there was something wrong with the product itself. Turns out, it was a faulty part causing all the trouble. And when I asked for some kind of compensation for all the time and frustration I went through, all they could offer was a lousy dry rub and a sticker pack. Talk about disappointing, right? I'd definitely recommend checking out other options before going for a similar product.

    I recently bought the Pro22 grill and it has been amazing! Putting it together was a piece of cake thanks to the clear instructions. I also downloaded the app for some awesome recipes and cooking videos. I tested the grill by making two whole chickens and salmon for my family, and it turned out fantastic. The meat was juicy and tasty, and my family loved it. I also made chicken thighs and wings with ease using the Traeger. I am so happy with my purchase and would definitely suggest it to anyone in search of a great grilling experience.

    Outdoor wood-burning grill

    These grills seemed like a really cool idea, but honestly they didn't quite live up to what I was hoping for. They only seem to cook well between 250-400 degrees with the lid closed, which is kind of too hot for smoking and not quite hot enough for grilling. On top of that, they gobble up $10 worth of pellets every time you fire them up, and that really starts to add up. The WiFi connection is so hit-or-miss - sometimes I have to mess around clearing the app, disconnecting and reconnecting the grill, basically starting from scratch just to get it to connect again. And for some reason, every now and then I have to use a different phone to log in, which is just strange. All things considered, it's been a total letdown after having it for two years.

    Ironwood grill replacement part issues

    I am so fed up with all the problems my Ironwood grill has been giving me. It's only three years old and I've already had to replace so many parts. And don't even get me started on the awful customer service. They just don't seem to care that I've wasted so much time and money on ruined meals because the grill won't even start. And the amount of pellets I've had to toss out every time I empty the hopper is ridiculous. This grill cost way too much for all the headaches and troubles it's caused me.

    57-year-old female, 11 customer service calls, grill troubleshooting.

    My time with the grill was so darn annoying. I had to call customer service a whopping 11 times, and six of those times, they told me to grab a screwdriver and take the grill apart. Can you believe that? They even sent a technician over three times, and he had to call in another technician because the darn grill just wouldn't cooperate. It was such a letdown to have to troubleshoot and basically play mechanic just to get the grill up and running properly.

    Grease burn risk grill

    I just bought a new BBQ that's super risky when it comes to grease burns. Every time I use it, the grill goes all wonky and makes the grease splatter everywhere, even on your face or skin. It's a major safety issue and I wouldn't suggest this BBQ to anyone. I tried contacting the company for help, but they haven't done anything about it, not even under warranty. Their lack of response and responsibility is really disappointing and doesn't make the company look good at all.

    Grill troubleshooting and warranty claim

    I recently had the pleasure of chatting with your customer service rep, Tammy, about fixing my grill. Tammy totally went the extra mile, chatting with me on the phone for over an hour to figure out the problem and we realized that I needed a new auger motor. Her patience, smarts, and commitment to helping me out really blew me away. The customer service from Tammy was top-notch and probably one of the best I've ever had. I'm super happy with the help she gave me.

    Wood pellet grill purchase

    I received the product I ordered, but it was damaged. The company was fast and effective in fixing the problem and sending me a replacement. Even though some reviews were negative, I believe my experience will be better. The customer service team was great, and they are now sending me a new auger and box. I hope my wood pellet grill will work well because we plan on paying for it monthly, and I don't want to be stuck with a faulty product.

    Purchase - Wood pellet smoker

    So, I bought this wood pellet smoker not too long ago and man, I tell ya, I'm pretty disappointed with it. Spent $1300 on it and within just 4 months, I've had to replace the auger motor and control board. And let me tell ya, it took forever for the parts to arrive and get set up. Dealing with customer service was a pain too - long wait times and no real solution given. Now I'm just sitting here waiting for a call from a manager, hoping they can actually help. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this model to anyone. Such a hassle and a waste of money.

    After I bought that fancy wood pellet grill, I noticed some problems with the temperature going up and down all the time. I tried everything to fix it like giving it a good clean and changing the temperature probe, but nothing worked. I even tried getting help from the company, but they weren't much help at all.     I just bought a smoker cover from this company and honestly, I'm really let down by the quality of it. It's starting to fall apart after only using it for a short time. I was hoping for better durability from a company that's supposed to be reputable.     I just got a new grill and had a bit of a rough time with it. The folks on customer service were trying too hard to be chummy and it just didn't sit right with me. I would've much preferred a straightforward and quick chat to sort out my issues with the grill. Speaking of which, the grill itself wasn't all that great. The whole Wi-Fi thing was a headache to figure out and it was more of a bother than a help. It was a gift, so I didn't choose it myself, but I definitely wouldn't pick this one out and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone else either.

    High-temperature malfunction

    I had a good start with the grill, I really liked the WiFi connection and the pellet sensor. But things went downhill when I tried to bake potatoes at a temperature higher than 400 degrees Fahrenheit. The high heat messed up the inside coating, melted the paint on the outside near the heat source, and made the pellet sensor stop working. I reached out to customer support with pictures, and they said the damage was my fault for not cleaning up grease properly. Even though there was only a small amount of grease and it wasn't near the damaged parts, they wouldn't help with repairs or a replacement. Thankfully, I got the grill from Costco, so they dealt with the situation directly with the company. In the end, I suggest looking elsewhere to spend your money because this grill was a letdown.

    Grill Troubles

    Our grill started acting up after about a year of use. It was heating up all wonky, which made it a pain to cook stuff right. We called customer service for some help, but they kinda blew us off, saying everything was A-OK with the grill. Even after swapping out some parts, it acted up again in less than two months.     My Traeger Ironwood 650 totally crapped out on me mid-cook, lemme tell ya, it was a real bummer. I had the fam coming over and everything! Only had it for a week when it just died on me and honestly, for the price I paid, that ain't cool. Support said it was the power switch's fault, which just tells me the quality ain't what it should be. I wouldn't suggest this product to anyone after this mess.

    So I bought this wood pellet grill from this company and man, I gotta tell ya, I'm really disappointed with what I got. Like, everything from the screws to the actual lid feels super cheap and not consistent at all. And get this - the lid doesn't even close properly, which is kind of concerning when you're thinking about how long this grill is gonna last. The electronics are just not up to par either, like they perform at such a low level. I really regret dropping my hard-earned cash on this. It's pretty obvious the company is trying to save money and make a quick buck instead of giving us customers a decent product. It's really disappointing to see a brand that used to have a good rep selling these low-quality items made by underpaid workers.

    Traeger grill performance

    The Traeger grill I got works pretty good and I'm happy with how it cooks food. But I had a problem with the display controller, and when I checked about getting it fixed, I was bummed to learn they don't do repairs for electronics. They only sell a new controller for a steep $400, which I think is a bit much and not very convenient.
