I just bought a leather jacket from LN-CC and their customer service was top-notch. The jacket came quickly, but there was a little issue with the stitching. I got in touch with LN-CC and they were so helpful, offering to exchange the jacket or give me a full refund. They even worked with the manufacturer to fix the defect for free. Their commitment to making customers happy is really impressive.

I had a good start with the grill, I really liked the WiFi connection and the pellet sensor. But things went downhill when I tried to bake potatoes at a temperature higher than 400 degrees Fahrenheit. The high heat messed up the inside coating, melted the paint on the outside near the heat source, and made the pellet sensor stop working. I reached out to customer support with pictures, and they said the damage was my fault for not cleaning up grease properly. Even though there was only a small amount of grease and it wasn't near the damaged parts, they wouldn't help with repairs or a replacement. Thankfully, I got the grill from Costco, so they dealt with the situation directly with the company. In the end, I suggest looking elsewhere to spend your money because this grill was a letdown.
