Pellet smoker
I'm super disappointed with my pellet smoker purchase. It can't keep a consistent temperature, swinging up to 80 degrees, which is just not cool for a smoker. On top of that, it seems like it's poorly made even though they said it was top-notch. I'm really let down by the quality and the lack of help from customer service, especially since I reached out after the return period ended. I got this smoker last fall and wish I had looked into other options more carefully before dropping the cash. Overall, this thing just isn't worth the price.

Mock ONE portable hammock
Hey, I just bought this amazing portable hammock and it's seriously the best! It's super comfortable and I can bring it everywhere with me. I enjoy hanging out in it at the park or even in my backyard. It's perfect for just relaxing and unwinding in nature. Plus, the material is really strong so I'm sure it'll hold up for a long time. I definitely suggest it to anyone who enjoys spending time outdoors!

Hey there, so I picked up these really adorable shoes, but oh my gosh, the customer service is just terrible! You can only reach out to them by email and then they don't even bother getting back to you! I mean, seriously, what's up with that? All I needed was some assistance with my order and now I'm left with these shoes that just don't fit right. Super disappointing.

Trousers and tops
I went to the Liverpool branch just to look around, not planning to buy anything. Ended up trying on some pants and Sylvia gave me great service. She recommended a different style, showed me a few options, and even helped me pick out a top. I was really impressed by her customer service and how patient she was. I'll definitely be going back.

1L Sling Bag
I got the 1L Tiger Stripe Sling Bag last year and had some trouble with the warranty and shipping. Even though the bag came with a lifetime warranty, I had to pay a crazy amount for shipping to send it back. The shipping cost was more than what I paid for the bag, which was really disappointing. But after talking to Customer Service, I got it sorted out and they gave me a store credit. Just a heads up though - if you're buying the bag outside the US, be careful when returning it because they might just send you a new one instead of fixing the one you have. In the end, the customer service was good and I'm thankful they stuck to their warranty policies.
