    Very friendly and helpful staff

    I went to the store and couldn't find what I was looking for, but the staff were really friendly and helped me find the perfect belt. They even gave me some advice on how to style it. They said I could try it on in the fitting rooms with my outfit from another store to make sure I liked it. The customer service was excellent and I left feeling happy!

    Gym gear purchases

    I've been to this store a lot, eh? But I've seen a big difference in how they treat me based on what I'm wearing. Usually, when I walk in wearing my gym clothes - ya know, black leggings, runners, and my Adidas coat - I feel like the staff are sizing me up. One time, a worker even followed me around the small store, which made me feel so awkward that I just left without buying anything. But on my last visit, I was dressed in bright colors, had my hair down, and put on some makeup after brunch and a few drinks. The staff were way more friendly towards me. I also noticed that there were some black staff members there, who were super welcoming and chatted with me. In general, I find the vibe in this store kinda uncomfortable, even when I'm not in workout gear. It seems like the staff kinda look down on you, no matter how much you're spending. But my most recent trip was a nice surprise - the staff were just lovely!

    Ceiling light shade

    The company has always had a good reputation, but the ceiling light shade I bought recently was a letdown. The delivery went smoothly, but the item came damaged - it looked like someone had cut it with a scalpel on the velvet material. The finish quality didn't meet my expectations based on my previous experiences with the company. They gave me the choice to return it or keep it with a 30% discount, but the damage is too bad for me to keep it. I'm currently trying to discuss this offer, but haven't had any luck yet. It's frustrating to deal with returning items that should have been up to standard in the first place. I hope to get a better offer from the company soon and I'm disappointed with how the situation has been handled so far.

    Clothing item and home decor

    I recently went to that store and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with how the staff treated me. Not only were they not helpful, but they were also really rude. The boss there, especially, was so dismissive and talked down to me when I just asked a simple question about what they had in stock. It was like I was bothering her just by being there. And on my way out, I overheard her talking trash about me to another employee, making fun of my question and calling me dumb. It was totally unprofessional and made me feel disrespected as a customer. Needless to say, I won't be going back there again.

    Gorgeous dress found in the store

    I was so excited to find this gorgeous dress at your store, but, darn it, they didn't have my size in stock. The staff really pulled through though, they called another store and had it saved just for me. Their customer service was top-notch, made shopping a breeze, and I got the perfect dress for the wedding. I am seriously impressed by the service and the quality of the dress.

    I went to the store for the first time and was really happy with how nice the staff was.     Table purchase, broken leg

    So I bought this table from the store recently. But when it showed up, one of the legs was broken. Pretty bummed out about it, especially since it's a three-legged table. Contacted Customer Services and they asked me to send pics of the damage. Dealt with a woman named Shauna, and she was awesome! Got a replacement table sorted out real quick. Shauna was so helpful and friendly, she really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I've always had good experiences with this store before, and this time was no different.

    If you're thinking of paying extra for Next Day Delivery from here, don't bother. I've been let down for the second time by their promise of fast delivery. I wanted a gift for a special occasion, and now I have nothing to give. What's the point of offering next day delivery if they can't actually deliver? Don't get your hopes up, just go with regular shipping to avoid any letdowns.
