Trousers and tops
I went to the Liverpool branch just to look around, not planning to buy anything. Ended up trying on some pants and Sylvia gave me great service. She recommended a different style, showed me a few options, and even helped me pick out a top. I was really impressed by her customer service and how patient she was. I'll definitely be going back.
Table purchase, broken leg
So I bought this table from the store recently. But when it showed up, one of the legs was broken. Pretty bummed out about it, especially since it's a three-legged table. Contacted Customer Services and they asked me to send pics of the damage. Dealt with a woman named Shauna, and she was awesome! Got a replacement table sorted out real quick. Shauna was so helpful and friendly, she really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I've always had good experiences with this store before, and this time was no different.
Earrings purchase
I had a question about some earrings I wanted to buy. I reached out to customer service and was really happy with the help I got from a rep named Charlotte. She listened to me carefully, answered all my questions, and gave me all the info I needed to choose the best earrings. Charlotte's top-notch customer service skills really stood out and made my experience super positive. Thanks to her, I'll definitely be coming back to buy my earrings from this store.
Green wide leg trousers
I just bought a pair of green wide leg pants from this store, thinking they would be a key piece in my wardrobe. But, after washing them once following the care label, the color faded a lot and white crease marks appeared all over the front and back. I paid a pretty penny for them, so I was expecting way better quality and durability. It sucks to see something I had such high hopes for fall apart like that.
Refund and exchange process

Bracelet replacement
So I went to the store with my broken Christmas bracelet, and Alex and Emma were super awesome and helpful. They didn't get upset that I lost the packaging and managed to hook me up with a new one. I really appreciated how friendly and helpful they were, so big thanks to them!
Lamp replacement
I ran into a little problem with a lamp that our kids got for my wife as a gift. It was faulty and I needed a replacement part. The folks at the store were amazing in helping us out. They got back to me right away, looked into the issue, and gave me a few options to fix it. They ended up replacing the faulty part for free and the whole thing went super smoothly. It's rare to find customer service this good, but Oliver Bonas really came through.
Homeware items
I recently bought some homeware stuff from this store, and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed. The products are always top-notch quality and I keep getting compliments on the stuff I buy. But, on my last order, I noticed that one item wasn't up to the usual standard. So, I contacted customer service to talk about it and man, they really went above and beyond to help me out. The rep made sure I was happy with my purchase in the end.
