So, I ordered some stuff from Babyshop online and let me tell you, I was super let down by their service. They said my delivery would come within a certain timeframe, but it took over a week and still no sign of my items. I ran into a big problem with the software that just couldn't get sorted out even after talking to customer service a bunch of times. Even when they were able to see and control my computer from afar, the problem stuck around and ended up causing more issues for my system. The customer service folks wouldn't take things to the next level without more access to my computer, which just made things even more frustrating and annoying. In the end, I had to reformat my system to finally fix all the messes caused by their failed attempts to solve the original problem.

So I bought this dress the other day and man, was I ever let down by the return policy. When I got it and tried it on, it just didn't fit right, so I thought I'd swap it for a different size. But then I find out I could only get store credit, no refund! Like, come on, that's just not cool. How are we supposed to figure out what works if we can't try different sizes and styles? Just doesn't make sense to me.
