Delayed account renewal
I recently had to deal with the domain company for my renewal that got delayed, and I have to say, I was really impressed with how they handled everything. Right from when I first contacted them, they were super quick to respond and really accommodating. The customer service rep I talked to was not only really good at explaining things, but they were also really friendly and helpful with all the issues I was dealing with. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident that everything would be taken care of properly. Their honesty and integrity throughout the whole process was top-notch, and I felt completely at ease with their service. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs domain services.
Chat customer service experience
I was always a bit unsure about using chat for customer service, but my recent experience really turned things around for me. I've never liked not being able to talk to a real person on the phone, but the chat service I got was quick, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Getting a new domain name and web hosting from this platform was a big deal for me. I thought it was gonna be a pain, but it was actually really easy to set up. I was trying to set up my website hosting and had to install this thing called WordPress. My time at that store was actually pretty easy, no issues at all. The worker I talked to did exactly what I needed, and did it pretty quickly. They made sure everything was good before saying they were done. I really liked how careful they were and how they cared about making sure I was happy with the service.

Domain registration
My experience was really frustrating right from the get-go, eh. The website decided to tack on extra years to my terms without me asking for it, which made it a total pain to finish checking out smoothly. The site was down for hours, and everything was moving so slow on there. It took forever for the customer support chat box to even respond. It's kind of weird how a company that sells domain space can't even get their own domain working properly, eh. I'm just glad that the checkout process didn't go through in the end, it would have been a total nightmare for sure.
Online purchase
Even though I posted a negative review about their service, it was really disappointing that no one seemed to care enough to address my concerns. I only got a generic reply asking for more details, but no one bothered to follow up and resolve the problem. It's frustrating to see that they prioritize positive reviews rather than actually dealing with and solving customer issues. The fact that they don't respond urgently to customer problems is worrying and makes their customer service look bad.

Unauthorized charges on my account
I had some sketchy stuff happen with my account lately. Got hit with charges for things I didn't even sign up for. They slapped me with a bill for a domain name I never asked for, plus extra fees for stuff like domain privacy that I never agreed to. Spent an hour in a chat with customer service, and managed to get some of the smaller charges back. But they straight up said no to refunding me for the big charge of a domain name registration I never even wanted. Word to the wise, watch out for this company - they're shady and sneaky with their billing tactics. Keep an eye on your account with them, or you might end up with unexpected charges.
