I was really looking forward to getting some new lacrosse gear from the National Lacrosse League, but it turned out to be a total bust. The whole ordering process was a real pain, customer service wasn't much help at all and kinda rude, prices were crazy high, and my stuff took forever to arrive. Just really disappointing overall.

Even though I posted a negative review about their service, it was really disappointing that no one seemed to care enough to address my concerns. I only got a generic reply asking for more details, but no one bothered to follow up and resolve the problem. It's frustrating to see that they prioritize positive reviews rather than actually dealing with and solving customer issues. The fact that they don't respond urgently to customer problems is worrying and makes their customer service look bad.
