So, I was all excited about this bracelet I bought, right? I only wore it for about an hour before it straight up fell off and disappeared! I was fuming because it was supposed to have a fancy clasp, but clearly it was a fail. I called customer service to complain, but they basically told me too bad so sad because they don't do replacements for lost items. I spent a bunch of my allowance on their products, and they can't even do me a solid with a simple bracelet? Forget that, never shopping with them again!

I had to connect my website to another program for editing and creating it before launching it. The folks at the store were super helpful, walking me through everything smoothly. It was a really seamless experience, thanks to their knowledge and support.

I recently purchased this awesome jacket that fits perfectly and stands out when cars go by. It's really well-made and keeps me warm and dry, but unfortunately, the zipper on the pocket broke after only 5 months. I was disappointed to learn that the warranty only covers 3 months - not fair!

I bought something from this store not too long ago and I'm pretty disappointed with how things turned out. My order got delayed and nobody bothered to explain why. On top of that, the customer service team hasn't been getting back to me about my emails. It's been more than a month and I still don't know what's going on with my order. This kind of unprofessional behavior is just not cool and I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop here in the future.

The hiking gear selection at this store is awesome, eh? Lots of different brands and styles to check out, eh? The staff was really helpful in making sure I got the right boots and backpack that fit just right. The prices were a bit higher than I thought they'd be, especially when you look at other stores around here. But overall, I was happy with what I bought and would definitely come back here for more outdoor gear in the future, eh?

I signed up for a yearly premium membership in January, and now I'm being charged every month without my say. I can't even look for any jobs because it keeps telling me I need to upgrade more...like seriously, how much more upgrading do they want after being a 'premium performer'? And they don't even bother responding to my emails - the email they provide seems to be nonexistent. If they don't give me my money back and take my card details off the site, I'll have to contact trading standards or the police.

I just wanted to say that the service I got was amazing from beginning to end. It was fast, super well-organized, and I'll definitely be back again. Emily was especially awesome and really helped me out. Thanks a lot, Steve!
