So, I was all excited about this bracelet I bought, right? I only wore it for about an hour before it straight up fell off and disappeared! I was fuming because it was supposed to have a fancy clasp, but clearly it was a fail. I called customer service to complain, but they basically told me too bad so sad because they don't do replacements for lost items. I spent a bunch of my allowance on their products, and they can't even do me a solid with a simple bracelet? Forget that, never shopping with them again!

I've bought a few pieces of jewelry from this place and I love them all. The quality is top-notch, and I always get compliments when I wear them. I'll definitely be back for more bling in the future.

The person I talked to didn't really take my problem seriously and I had to wait a long time for a response. When you spend a lot of money on fancy brands, you expect better customer service. It's frustrating to deal with such a careless response to a real problem.

I got a necklace from here and I couldn't even open the clasp. I called to return it and they had to send me a video on how to open it. If you need a video to open a clasp, it's definitely time for a redesign! The gems are so small, you need a magnifying glass to see them. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience.
