    Bracelet fell off and was lost

    So, I was all excited about this bracelet I bought, right? I only wore it for about an hour before it straight up fell off and disappeared! I was fuming because it was supposed to have a fancy clasp, but clearly it was a fail. I called customer service to complain, but they basically told me too bad so sad because they don't do replacements for lost items. I spent a bunch of my allowance on their products, and they can't even do me a solid with a simple bracelet? Forget that, never shopping with them again!

    Order mix-up, missing item

    I recently bought some jewelry from this site, and I was really disappointed with my experience. I got two packages, but one of them only had one earring instead of the pair I ordered. I tried contacting customer service through their contact form and live chat, but they didn't seem too concerned. The person I talked to didn't really take my problem seriously and I had to wait a long time for a response. When you spend a lot of money on fancy brands, you expect better customer service. It's frustrating to deal with such a careless response to a real problem.

    Necklace with difficult clasp

    I got a necklace from here and I couldn't even open the clasp. I called to return it and they had to send me a video on how to open it. If you need a video to open a clasp, it's definitely time for a redesign! The gems are so small, you need a magnifying glass to see them. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience.

    I really wish I had checked out the reviews before I bought those $500 rings from that store. The customer service was just awful, they never got back to me when I had questions. Even on social media, all I got was a generic message saying my complaint was passed on to the boss. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to buy anything from that store.

    Oh man, let me tell you about the jewelry I got... the clasps were just terrible! They kept getting stuck and were a pain to open and close. And don't get me started on how quickly the jewelry tarnished and the necklaces always getting tangled. Such a waste of money, for sure.

    Express delivery for upcoming wedding

    I was so disappointed with the customer service I got for my recent purchase. I paid extra for express delivery because I needed the item for a wedding coming up, but instead of getting it in two days like promised, I ended up waiting for four days. When I reached out to customer service for an update, they told me they thought my order was suspicious and had to get higher-ups involved. It was so frustrating waiting for so long without any clear communication or updates. Even after sending follow-up emails, I didn't hear back until a week later when they finally refunded me. All in all, I had a bad experience with their customer service and they need to work on better communication.
