I've been trying to get a refund from this place for weeks now. I've already sent three emails and still haven't heard back from them. It's so frustrating and makes me wonder if they even care about their customers. The customer service is terrible, to say the least.

I just bought a ski jacket from this store and I'm super happy with how it all went down. The jacket I got was exactly what I expected and it showed up in perfect condition just a few days after I ordered it. It's a really great quality jacket and I'm looking forward to using it on the slopes. The customer service people were also really nice and knew their stuff, helping me out with all my questions. Overall, I'm really impressed with this store and I'll definitely be coming back for more shopping in the future.

I really like how this service always keeps me in the loop and puts the customer first. If they're running late, they let me know ahead of time and either make it right or give me the chance to cancel. Plus, the prices are affordable which I find super important.

I recently bought a design book from this company and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with the whole thing. First off, the ordering process was kind of confusing and the website layout was not easy to use, so it was hard for me to find what I wanted. Plus, the customer service wasn't great - slow responses and not very helpful answers to my questions. On top of that, the prices were a bit high compared to similar stuff from other companies. And to make matters worse, the delivery took longer than I expected, which was super annoying since I needed the book for a project. All in all, I wasn't impressed and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I really wish I had checked out the reviews before I bought those $500 rings from that store. The customer service was just awful, they never got back to me when I had questions. Even on social media, all I got was a generic message saying my complaint was passed on to the boss. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to buy anything from that store.

Just got my Retro Hawaiian shirt and I'm super stoked about it! The shirt fits like a dream and the quality is top-notch. I've worn it a few times already and gotten loads of compliments. The bright colours and old-school design make it a perfect addition to my closet. I can't wait to sport this shirt all summer!

Hey there, this seatpost is awesome! It really makes my bike rides much more comfortable and enjoyable. The springs are amazing and give me a floating-on-air feeling. Also, the customer service was great and helped me choose the perfect spring for my bike. The price was a bit high, but totally worth it for the added comfort. And the delivery was fast, got my seatpost in a flash.

Oh my goodness, this Walgreens is seriously the greatest! Ever since I started going to the one on Main Street, the pharmacy team has been absolutely amazing at handling my prescriptions and making sure my insurance is all good. Big shoutout to those two ladies who are always on the ball! And the other team members at the front are so friendly and helpful, even when it's crazy busy. I really appreciate that they hire people with disabilities too, everyone deserves a chance to work! Huge thank you to all the employees at this store, you all are fantastic!

I picked up this awesome pressure washer and it's absolutely amazing! It's super strong and can clean anything like a pro. I've been using it for over 14 hours non-stop and it's still working great, eh. Huge thanks to the folks in customer service for getting me that missing part for my pressure washer so fast. You all are awesome!
