    I just wanted to give a shoutout to the amazing customer service I received from the support team, especially Ms. Angel Planga. My garden hose from HomeDepot got rejected last minute, but Snow Joe came through and replaced it without any issues. Even though the hose wasn't super pricey, it was nice to see that they honored their 2-year warranty. I'm really happy with the service and would definitely suggest Snow Joe for their great customer support.

    Electric snow shovel purchase

    My experience with the customer service rep was great! She was really quick to help me with my electric snow shovel issues. We did have a little mix-up about the return policies at first, but after some back and forth, everything got sorted out. Turns out, the battery was no good like I thought, but now it's all fixed up for next year. It was a bummer that we couldn't use it in April when we really needed it because of the battery problem. I do wish that the warranty would start fresh after a repair though, instead of counting the time it took to fix it.

    Lawn mower repair

    The service I got at the store was amazing. The person helping me, who I think was the service manager, knew a ton about fixing my lawn mower. She explained the warranty process really well and kept me in the loop during the whole repair.     I just bought a pressure washer and had a bit of a mixed bag dealing with the warranty for the hose. The customer service rep, Shyra Aleta, was pretty helpful and understanding. But I was kind of bummed to find out that the warranty didn't cover the hose. Despite that, Shyra and the company went above and beyond and gave me a new one as a one-time thing. Even though the policy wasn't perfect, I'm grateful for their effort to fix the problem.

    Failed Pressure Washer Replacement
