I just wanted to share that I recently bought a lawn mower from your company and had a really good experience overall. At first, it was a bit tough to get in touch with customer service, but once I finally did, I talked to someone who was super helpful and really knew their stuff. It was nice to know that they took my concerns seriously and went out of their way to make sure I had all the info I needed. I especially want to give a shout-out to Sharmine Alcera from the Warranty team for keeping me updated throughout the whole process. She was really professional and focused on making sure I was happy with everything. I'm happy with the new lawn mower I got as a replacement and wouldn't hesitate to recommend your company and products to others.
Upgraded cordless lawnmower
I recently bought a new cordless lawnmower and let me tell you, I'm really impressed with how well it works. It's such an easy swap from my old one and it's made taking care of my lawn a lot simpler. The fact that it doesn't need a lot of energy to run is a game-changer for me, and being able to easily change the grass height is a feature I didn't even know I wanted until now. Even my 85-year-old husband likes pushing this "baby" around, which says a lot about how user-friendly it is. I can't say enough good things about this new cordless lawnmower. It's truly exceeded my expectations and has made keeping my lawn in check a breeze.

I ended up getting an upgraded model, they transferred the warranty at no extra cost. It was frustrating that it failed in the second year, but the customer service really stepped up and fixed the issue. Electric snow shovel purchase
My experience with the customer service rep was great! She was really quick to help me with my electric snow shovel issues. We did have a little mix-up about the return policies at first, but after some back and forth, everything got sorted out. Turns out, the battery was no good like I thought, but now it's all fixed up for next year. It was a bummer that we couldn't use it in April when we really needed it because of the battery problem. I do wish that the warranty would start fresh after a repair though, instead of counting the time it took to fix it.
Garden hose replacement

My garden hose from HomeDepot got rejected last minute, but Snow Joe came through and replaced it without any issues. Even though the hose wasn't super pricey, it was nice to see that they honored their 2-year warranty. I'm really happy with the service and would definitely suggest Snow Joe for their great customer support.

The service I got at the store was amazing. The person helping me, who I think was the service manager, knew a ton about fixing my lawn mower. I just bought a pressure washer and had a bit of a mixed bag dealing with the warranty for the hose. The customer service rep, Shyra Aleta, was pretty helpful and understanding. But I was kind of bummed to find out that the warranty didn't cover the hose. Despite that, Shyra and the company went above and beyond and gave me a new one as a one-time thing. Even though the policy wasn't perfect, I'm grateful for their effort to fix the problem.

I just bought an ash vacuum online from a big retailer on May 12. Our old one lasted us a good two years, so we were hoping this new one would be just as good. But when we tried it out, the motor died after only 15 seconds. We were really let down by that.
