I just had to file a warranty claim for a wood chipper I bought from this company a year ago. The person I talked to, Christine Buhat, was really helpful and made it all simple and clear. I hadn't used the wood chipper much before it broke down, and I was pretty annoyed. But Christine walked me through the warranty process and I was impressed by how professional and knowledgeable she was. Even though it was frustrating at first, the good experience with Christine has me thinking about buying from this company again.
