The service I got at the store was amazing. The person helping me, who I think was the service manager, knew a ton about fixing my lawn mower. She explained the warranty process really well and kept me in the loop during the whole repair. Thanks to her skills and great attitude, my lawn mower got fixed fast and now I can mow my lawn again.
