Zulily's website has for sure gotten better, but man oh man, their shipping is still too slow. I had to wait over three weeks for my stuff to show up. The clothes can be good or bad, depending on what you get. Even when I paid extra for speedier shipping, it still took ages for my order to get to me. You really gotta pick the fastest shipping choice when you're checking out to speed things up. Despite the long wait, the stuff I got in the end was really great.
