Even though they said they'd fix it, nothing's been done to let me back in. I've gone as far as complaining to the BBB and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau about it. Overall, my time with this bank has been really disappointing and annoying. I definitely wouldn't recommend opening an account with them.
