    I paid my cable bill on this account back in January, but it was inactive. I contacted Neo Financial on February 15th to get my money back, but I still haven't received it. Their customer service is really frustrating me right now!

    Card account issues

    Do not use this service, eh! I tried to open a card account and had a terrible time setting up bill payments through my bank. They lied in their ads, their customer service is useless, the promises from management were not kept, and they wanted to charge me a lot to close the account because of their mistakes. As the CEO of a respected company, I am shocked by how unprofessional and dishonest this service is. Keep your distance, eh!

    My experience with this bank has been pretty good. The online system is easy to use and I haven't had any problems with it. But I'm kind of disappointed that the interest rates haven't been going up with the central rate increases. Because of this, I'm making less money compared to other choices out there. Even though the website is nice and everything goes smoothly, the low interest rates make me want to move my money somewhere else.

    Oh man, listen to this! So, I got this awesome t-shirt and sneakers from this store, right? And let me tell you, it was a total disaster! I shelled out 50 bucks for them, but then they tacked on an extra 2 dollars for who knows what reason. Can you believe that? I tried to cancel the order, and they only gave me back 48 bucks. Like, seriously, what's up with that? I even tried talking to customer service, but they were absolutely no help at all. They had no clue what was going on. I'm so ticked off, you know? I lost 2 dollars all because of those scammers. I'm never buying anything from there again, and I'm warning all my friends to steer clear too. It's just so frustrating!

    Customer service is just terrible. The only way to get in touch is through chat, which takes forever. You have to wait around for thirty minutes just to hear back, and if you happen to miss the message, you gotta start from scratch. There's no email or phone support, which is beyond annoying. It's like they want you to spend a whole hour sorting out basic problems that their automated system can't handle.

    Recent credit card cancellation

    I just decided to cut up my credit card from that company. Dealing with them was so frustrating. I tried to call their customer service but kept getting stuck in their automated system. Couldn't even talk to a real person on the phone. Such a waste of time and so annoying. Definitely not getting another credit card from them again.     I had a really bad experience with my credit card company not long ago. They let charges go through that put me over my credit limit, and then hit me with an over limit fee. It just doesn't make sense to approve charges that will end up with a fee when they could just say no in the first place. And to make it worse, they even added the over limit fees before processing my payments. It's sketchy and totally not okay.

    The website was great, eh? It was easy to use and find what I was looking for. But when I needed help with a messed-up French translation, I was annoyed there wasn't a real human to talk to. AI is helpful, but nothing beats a real person when it comes to talking things out.

    So, you know, I got something from that store everyone knows, and then they convinced me to get a new credit card, ugh. They said I could cancel anytime, but it was such a hassle! I had to send so many emails and make phone calls just to close my account with zero balance. And then, can you believe it, they had the guts to email me asking for money! Like, seriously? And when I tried to reply, I got auto-replies saying they weren't even checking those emails. What a waste of time! There wasn't even a phone number on their website for support. Luckily, I still had a number from before to call. I spent ages on the phone with them, only to be told I still owed money on a closed account with nothing in it. I asked to speak to someone else, but they flat out refused. In the end, I ended up paying more money just to get them off my back. Let's see if they finally leave me alone.

    I had a terrible customer service experience with this company recently that really made me mad and frustrated. The people I talked to were rude and didn't act professionally at all - they even hung up on me a bunch of times for no reason! I tried to talk to a manager about it, but I couldn't get through to anyone who could actually fix the problem. The customer service team just didn't seem to care about how I felt or helping me out. After all that, I decided the best thing to do was close my account with them.

    I recently applied for a secured credit card and boy was I ever disappointed with the whole experience, eh! Everything seemed to be going just fine until I got to the part where I had to add funds. I connected my bank account and then bam, the process just came to a screeching halt. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but all I got back were these generic answers that didn't even come close to solving my problem, I tell ya. It was so darn frustrating and in the end, I hit a total dead end. The service was just awful, like really terrible, eh, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone, that's for sure.

    Rewards program not honored

    I signed up for the rewards program not too long ago and they told me I'd get $25 in cash-back rewards and 3 months of free perks. But I never got any of those things! I've been getting some perks rewards, but I'm still waiting to see if they'll be the same as promised. The only good thing so far is that customers can boost their credit every week. I'll add more to my review as things progress.

    HISA account with NEO bank

    It's been a whole year now that I've been using this HISA account with NEO bank, and let me tell you, it's been awesome! The interest rate is 4%, which is way better than those 6-month GIC accounts at other banks. Plus, it's a cash account, so I can take out my money whenever I want! I don't get why some people only gave NEO bank 1.5 stars - they deserve a full 5 stars from me!

    Yeah, so Neo Financial is great to use until you need help, then it's a total scam. I bought these awesome shoes and everything was good until I got scammed and Neo Financial basically said "good luck" and didn't do anything to help. It feels like they care more about protecting themselves than their customers. It's not cool at all. If you're using Neo Financial, be careful of scammers because you're pretty much on your own if something goes wrong.
