ServiceI can't believe how awful the customer service was! The person I talked to was so rude, they even laughed at me and called me dumb. It was a total nightmare trying to get through to them, their lack of professionalism was shocking. I really hope they do something to make their customer service better.

ServiceThis place is terrible to deal with, eh. They don't care at all about customer service or answering emails. I had some important money stuff to take care of and even though I sent a bunch of emails, I didn't get any replies. It was so frustrating. But, when I changed to a different financial service provider, I finally got the help I needed. In just a few weeks, I reached my money goals and made seven figures in monthly revenue.

ServiceI had a terrible customer service experience with this company recently that really made me mad and frustrated. The people I talked to were rude and didn't act professionally at all - they even hung up on me a bunch of times for no reason! I tried to talk to a manager about it, but I couldn't get through to anyone who could actually fix the problem. The customer service team just didn't seem to care about how I felt or helping me out. After all that, I decided the best thing to do was close my account with them.
