CommunicationCustomer service is just terrible. The only way to get in touch is through chat, which takes forever. You have to wait around for thirty minutes just to hear back, and if you happen to miss the message, you gotta start from scratch. There's no email or phone support, which is beyond annoying. It's like they want you to spend a whole hour sorting out basic problems that their automated system can't handle.

CommunicationI just decided to cut up my credit card from that company. Dealing with them was so frustrating. I tried to call their customer service but kept getting stuck in their automated system. Couldn't even talk to a real person on the phone. Such a waste of time and so annoying. Definitely not getting another credit card from them again. Just a heads up for anyone thinking of using them!

CommunicationThe website was great, eh? It was easy to use and find what I was looking for. But when I needed help with a messed-up French translation, I was annoyed there wasn't a real human to talk to. AI is helpful, but nothing beats a real person when it comes to talking things out.
