Lost check order
So my check didn't show up, maybe went to the wrong place or something. I called customer service and talked to Connie. She was really helpful, answered all my questions, and quickly sent a new order with a different delivery company. Even though there was a mix-up at first, the customer service was really good. Happy to say I'm a happy customer now.

I just bought a vibrating egg from this shop and wanted to get an update on when it would arrive. I tried reaching out to them but no one answered my calls or emails. Their customer service is really bad, so I don't think I could suggest buying from them.

3 new shirts
Eh, so as a repeat customer, I thought I'd get my husband 3 new shirts, ya know? But darn, the quality this time around was kinda disappointing. The performance tee was okay, but that Henley shirt felt really cheap and the stitching was off. It was nothing like the ones he already had, and looked nothing like the picture online. Plus, that polo shirt was way shorter in length - like almost 2 inches - and the sleeves were shorter too. The fit was all over the place, and overall the quality just ain't the same as before. It's a real bummer to see this drop in quality from a brand we used to rely on, ya know?

Upgraded cordless lawnmower
I recently bought a new cordless lawnmower and let me tell you, I'm really impressed with how well it works. It's such an easy swap from my old one and it's made taking care of my lawn a lot simpler. The fact that it doesn't need a lot of energy to run is a game-changer for me, and being able to easily change the grass height is a feature I didn't even know I wanted until now. Even my 85-year-old husband likes pushing this "baby" around, which says a lot about how user-friendly it is. I can't say enough good things about this new cordless lawnmower. It's truly exceeded my expectations and has made keeping my lawn in check a breeze.

Lawn mower lift
I got this super awesome lawn mower lift from here and it's been so great! It basically helps me to do maintenance on my mower without hurting my back. It lifts up the mower so I can clean underneath and sharpen the blades easily. The quality is really good and it feels very sturdy. Also, the design is pretty cool. I'm really happy with it and it's been super useful for me!
