Quick shipping, functional product
I ordered from here and I gotta say, I'm quite happy with the service. They shipped it right to my door and even though it took a little while, I got it in one piece. The product seems to be good so far, so hopefully it stays that way.
Delayed, defective product and poor customer service
I'm really bummed out about my latest buy. I waited over three months for the item to show up, and when it did, it crapped out after just two days. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times for months, but they didn't do anything about it. Also, a bad review I posted on the website vanished into thin air, which makes me wonder if they're being honest about their feedback. All in all, I feel like I threw away $110 on a crappy product and lousy customer service.
Vibrating Egg
I just bought a vibrating egg from this shop and wanted to get an update on when it would arrive. I tried reaching out to them but no one answered my calls or emails. Their customer service is really bad, so I don't think I could suggest buying from them.
questionable transaction
After I bought something, I had a problem with the transaction that made me feel like I got scammed. It looked like my only option was to go to the bank to argue the charges, like it said in the shipping details. It's really disappointing to come across stuff like this, so I suggest you steer clear of buying things from there.
Confirmation email delay
I bought something from this place not too long ago but never got an email to confirm it. I waited for a while but still didn't get anything, so now I gotta call customer service to figure out what's up. It's been annoying not hearing from them and it's making me wonder if they're even reliable.
Broken charger
My charger crapped out on me within a week or two, can you believe it? It was super cheap and felt like it was gonna fall apart any second, like they made it to break. I tried to figure out what type of charger it was on their website, but it was impossible - like finding a needle in a haystack. There was no info anywhere! Can you believe they actually expected me to fork out another $30 for another crappy one? What a rip off!
Big, uncomfortable vibrator
The vibrator I got was way too big and awkward to use. It just wouldn't stay in place and the vibrations were super weak.
"Scamming experience"
This place is such a joke. I ordered something six months ago and haven't received anything yet! I've tried contacting them many times, but of course, I haven't heard back. Save your money and find a place that actually follows through with what they say.
Delayed delivery and poor customer service
I had the worst experience with this company, eh. I bought something and they said it would come super fast, but I didn't get it for three whole weeks. When I looked up the tracking number, it said it was delivered, but I never got it. I tried to contact them in different ways, but they never got back to me. It felt like they were just ignoring me and treating me like a dummy. This is not cool at all and seems pretty sketchy, if you ask me.
Faulty item, nonexistent customer service
I recently ordered something online but it never showed up, and when I tried to get a refund, I didn't hear back from the company at all. It's so annoying to deal with a company that doesn't even bother to answer their customers. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this same situation.
